The Significance of Mesoscale Weather System

Understanding the physical mechanism of mesoscale weather system is of great significance for severe convective weather forecast and weather modification. However, small and medium-scale weather system is not isolated, it is active in the background of larger-scale weather system, and its occurrence and development are related to certain circulation background and weather conditions of weather scale system, and it also has feedback effect on weather scale weather system. This is a complex problem of interaction between weather systems of different scales in the atmosphere.
