Because Yunnan is an early developing area, the traditional industries of workers and peasants are relatively developed, and the population and towns are relatively concentrated. From the perspective of forest vegetation coverage, it is much lower than Pu 'er, Lincang and Baoshan.

Qujing, Honghe and Yuxi in Yunnan Province have the greatest advantages in traffic location. Central and eastern Yunnan, with high-speed access, is the earliest area with railway transportation in Yunnan. In recent years, the construction of feeder roads has developed rapidly, most counties and districts have gradually opened high-speed, and the network of high-speed rail and intercity trains is also expanding. It is the most developed area in Yunnan.

Education and health care have always been among the best in Yunnan. The red river area is slightly weak, but the traditional culture is well precipitated. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development of medical and health undertakings.

Generally speaking, these three areas: low altitude and comfortable climate; Although the vegetation is not as good as that in southern Yunnan, it is still quite excellent compared with most parts of the country. First, housing prices and urban development orientation.

At present, Qujing has the lowest housing price, and the price of new houses in urban areas is around 5000. With its status as a city in Yunnan, it is quite cost-effective.

In terms of urban construction, the three places are actually good now, but in terms of urban positioning, Honghe's goal of vigorously developing Yang Kang's residence in recent years is more clear, which means that related supporting services may be more standardized. Yuxi had a good foundation, but in recent years, the city's positioning and transformation efforts are not enough, but it is slightly backward. However, last year, Chengjiang was removed from the county to set up a city, and Fuxian Lake was fully opened for development, which may usher in the great development of leisure and holiday industry in Yuxi area.

Second, climate differences.

In fact, personally, it is the climate that finally makes me choose.

From beginning to end, I have never considered Qujing, and the only exclusion factor is: for me, winter is too cold!

Compared with most parts of China, the winter temperature in Qujing is really not low, and it rains occasionally, and the temperature is around zero, which is really nothing. But for most foreign friends who choose to live in Yunnan, whether winter is warm or not is an important reference factor. Although Yuxi and Honghe are not as warm as southern Yunnan in winter, they have obvious advantages over Qujing.

Then Yuxi and Honghe, because I am used to the cool climate in summer, I chose Yuxi. Comparatively speaking, most areas of the Red River are still a little hot in summer. 3 1 32 degrees is quite common. Of course, this temperature is not a problem for most foreign friends at all. But for me, 27 or 28 degrees is hot, so I finally chose the area around Fuxian Lake, where the summer temperature will hardly exceed 30 degrees.
