I looked it up online, and it does exist. He is Shen, 1928, a gifted scholar who was admitted to the Department of Civil Engineering of Tsinghua University.

He was born in a wealthy family and was the "Gao Shuai Rich Man" of that era. 1932 shortly after Tsinghua University graduated, he gave up his job in Suiyuan and braved the heavy snow to get to Hangzhou and enter the aviation school. He was admitted to the bombing department and stayed as an instructor after graduation.
