Under suitable humidity, temperature and climate conditions, this plant will naturally grow on the rock surface, die after about four or five years, and then regenerate. The red stone of Yajia Terrier is one of the rarest species presented by nature to Gongga Mountain area.

Ruby is a kind of stone scattered in the mountains, especially where streams flow. Ruby is called because it is covered with a layer of red algae (which is rich in carotene and bright red in sunlight).

Redstone has strict requirements on the growth environment, and air cleanliness, humidity and water cleanliness will all affect their growth. The low-carbon and oxygen-enriched air, the streams with melting icebergs and the vegetation of virgin forests in the Yaga generation provide the most ideal environment for the growth and reproduction of Redstone. In the valley nearly 100 meters wide, the red stones are densely covered, and the white rushing river flows here and flows down around the red stones. In different seasons, even under different weather conditions, the red stone will turn into different colors, showing a strange landscape of rainbow and dusk.
