Xinsi Town was once a famous bustling city in Gansu, and it was also a business hall in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia provinces. Surrounded by water on three sides and set off by eight scenic spots, it has a pleasant climate. Xinsi Town is located in the southeast of Zhangxi 'an County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, bordering Caotan Township, Dongquan Township, Ma Quan Township and Wudang Township in the south and Mali Town in Wushan County in the northeast.
