How to write a personal report?

The debriefing report is generally divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.

Each part is roughly written as follows:

The introduction part mainly talks about the time of appointment, main responsibilities and general situation of performance. If it is routine, the participants are all employees of the unit. For example, at the end of the year, you only need to summarize the performance of your duties this year.

The main part mainly talks about work performance, main problems and direction of efforts, which is divided into five sections: morality, ability, diligence, achievement and integrity. However, in the actual writing process, in order to prevent some content from overlapping and repeating, it is common to set up reasonable content sections around these five aspects according to your own situation. For example, the achievement part can be divided into study and thinking, work, honesty and self-discipline, and each aspect includes specific practices and main effects. Generally speaking, you should be able to truly reflect your own situation.

There are two main ways to write the ending. One is to end with the "direction of efforts" of the main part, so that the main part only needs to talk about achievements and problems. One is that if the main part has already talked about achievements, problems and the direction of efforts, such an outcome can only be a few general statements.
