Just two days of volunteer service has ended, and all the sorting work of the library has been basically completed. The digital library department is responsible for the digital construction of the whole library and the maintenance of the network system, which has become an important force for the library to develop forward.

2. The work of the library sometimes seems simple, but simple work also requires hard work, even thinking of better working methods or learning some knowledge from it or finding some problems. Packaging old books requires methods and skills, otherwise the effect is not ideal if your hands are red; Book shelving is not only simply inserting books in order, but also a process of getting familiar with the shelving structure and understanding the classification of books. Sticking a magnetic stripe, recording data, checking the collection, seemingly mechanical, but grasping the law in repeated work, improving work efficiency; Packing the same old diary is a complicated process of one-to-one pairing, and it is also a process of testing your ability to do things.

3. Humanized management of the library. According to the unified arrangement of the museum, our pre-job internship plan should start in March. In order to better implement the education policy of the Party and the country, collect all kinds of literature information and provide books, periodicals and information for teachers and students, the school continued to open the first library (library) and two rooms (student reading room and teacher reading room) in this school year.

The management of the library implements the responsibility system of the director of the room under the leadership of the principal, and extensively collects relevant information at home and abroad according to the needs of school education, teaching and scientific research. In order to adapt to the ever-changing knowledge, the school invested some funds this year to purchase a number of new books that are in line with the development of the times, suitable for the tastes of primary school students and have certain educational significance, and enrich the library.

The school makes full use of various resources such as reading room, class book corner and reading bar. Organize students to read after class and issue library cards to all students. Each class has established a loan and return record, which is registered by the librarian of each class. Students insist on borrowing books twice a month, and each semester students borrow more than 6 books, which enriches students' extracurricular reading.

The library also cooperates with subject teachers regularly, organizes various reading activities, encourages students to read a good book, write a book review and insist on writing reading notes. Each class has a reading instruction class once a week to ensure that students can fully guide them to learn extracurricular knowledge, increase reading volume, improve reading efficiency, broaden students' horizons and acquire knowledge from extracurricular books while having a good reading class.

Of course, there are also many problems in this year's work. For example, students don't pay attention to reading books and scribble on them, especially borrowed books and magazines. Many people lost it and failed to repair and compensate in time.

In July this year, I ushered in my first summer vacation after entering the university. Community library is the product of social progress and residents' cultural information demand, and it is a grass-roots public library built in the community. Although the construction of community library is still in the initial stage, and the influence of its work is very limited, its importance and role in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization in the community have gradually emerged.

The task of our team is to investigate the current situation of the construction and use of community libraries in some communities in _ _ _ city, and make an analysis from special to general and from individual to whole according to the survey results.

In the nearly one week from the day of X, our practice team in Mangyuan visited _ _ _ community, _ _ community, _ _ community, _ _ community community library and _ _ library.

During the investigation, we encountered many difficulties.
