I think it is necessary to forecast the weather trend by observing clouds, halo and China on the basis of scientific observation. Because the weather is a complex system, satellite observation can dynamically monitor the changes of cloud system on a macro level, and then analyze and predict the weather changes in various places, and finally inform the public of weather information by issuing weather forecasts. However, this method also has several disadvantages. First, macro monitoring can't accurately predict the specific weather conditions around the country, but only roughly. Second, because the weather forecast is released regularly, it is impossible for satellite cloud images to be released in real time. The meteorological station only makes a rough judgment according to the changing trend of the cloud system, and then predicts the weather situation in the next day or even a few days, but the error will be amplified. Based on this, it is necessary and feasible to predict the weather by observing clouds in actual production and life. For example, it is scientific and simple to say that it will be sunny when the halo gets bigger, and it will rain on the contrary. If people can master some basic knowledge about the weather from the clouds, it will be of great help to travel, production and life.
