What are the names of coffee?

Espresso

The original meaning of "Espresso" is "fast", and Espresso Cafe refers to espresso extracted instantly. Because this coffee brewing method originated from the steam pressure coffee machine invented by Italian Archie Garcia and 1946, it is also commonly known as espresso.

Generally, Italian coffee is brewed in an Italian mocha pot at home. Like a siphon coffee pot, coffee is extracted by using the principle of steam pressure. The mocha pot allows the pressurized steam to directly pass through the coffee powder, so that the steam can instantly pass through the cell wall of the coffee powder, and the inner essence of coffee is quenched. In addition, because of the use of fried coffee beans for brewing, the brewed coffee has a strong aroma and bitter taste, and a thin layer of coffee oil emerges on the surface of the coffee, which is the source of the attractive aroma of Italian coffee. Because it is highly concentrated coffee, it is usually tasted in a small coffee cup.

This drink has more than 500 calories per cup and is not suitable for dieters to drink after meals.

Cappuccino coffee

At the beginning of the 20th century, Archie Garcia, an Italian, invented the steam coffee machine and also developed the cappuccino. Cappuccino is made by pouring steamed milk on espresso. Green tea coffee

This is a pure oriental coffee. Add whipped cream to the brewed coffee and sprinkle some green tea powder. The unique elegant fragrance and slightly bitter taste of green tea, as well as the rich and heavy aroma and slightly round, sour and sweet taste of coffee, stir in the mouth, just like the communication process between two different cultures, seeking a stable balance in conflict and integration.
