What’s fun about Lingshan Giant Buddha? How is the scenery of Lingshan Giant Buddha?

The universe blooms in Huadian Bay, Lingshan Town. Let's enjoy the flowers. The cosmos blooming in a large area is a good time to take photos. If you are in Lingshan Town, I really envy you. In a busy city, I rarely see such a large number of flowers.

Since ancient times, Jiangnan has been full of flowers. From early spring, there are countless flowers here, including plum blossoms, peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, azaleas, wild roses and irises. Until recently, cosmos also bloomed in Huadian Bay in Lingshan Town.

Nianhua Bay, a small town in Lingshan, is located on the Mashan Peninsula in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It is about 20 kilometers away from the city. In fact, I am no stranger to Huadian Bay. I was following this movie when it was first built. From a hillside by Taihu Lake to today's Zen-like town, I am so familiar with it.

Nianhua Bay covers a small area of ??more than 1,600 acres. Since its opening in November 2015, it has become a tourist card of Wuxi, where the Zen lifestyle, spring-like flowers all year round and the ubiquitous Buddhist culture always attract countless tourists.

To the east of Lianhuawan Town, near the mountain, there is a large slope. The town named it "Brahma Sea of ??Flowers". Brahma, the creator god of Brahmanism in ancient India, became the protector of Buddhism after the introduction of Buddhism. "Brahma" has become synonymous with vastness.

On this vast slope, a large number of cosmos have been planted since last year. When cosmos flowers bloom every year, they are as bright as clouds and as wide as the sea, making it a spectacular sight. Since Brahma created this world, it is astounding.

Cosmos is native to Mexico in the Americas and has a long history of cultivation in China. It can grow in fields, fields and on the banks of streams, and has strong vitality. Every time the flowers bloom, they form a large area, which is very gorgeous and eye-catching. In the past, many people mistakenly believed that cosmos and Tibetan Kelsang flowers belong to the same family, but have different names. When the Brahma Sea cosmos was in bloom last year, I went to take photos of it, and some people called it "Gelsang flower."

In fact, cosmos and galsang are two different flowers. Kelsang mainly grows in cold plateaus and is the general name for wildflowers with strong vitality on plateaus. What can be seen south of the Yangtze River are artificially cultivated or wild cosmos.

Cosmos south of the Yangtze River usually bloom in late May. When the weather is hot in July and August, flowering will be slow. In September, another wave of flower love is coming, and cosmos will bloom a lot before they start to bear fruit. Due to the mild winter this year, the cosmos in Brahma Flower Sea bloomed twenty days earlier than last year. By the end of April, a small number of eager buds have quietly bloomed on the hillside.

In mid-to-late May, the cosmos in the Brahma Sea of ??Flowers has reached the viewing season. Gorgeous flowers bloom in the rolling valley, with a hand-dug stream in between that circles the hillside. In the distance, the green mountains and high altitude are the background of the blue sky and white clouds. There is a path surrounded by small wooden railings among the flowers for tourists to stop. Its scenery is as beautiful as poetry.

In Jiangnan, I have seen plum blossoms blooming like stars, peach blossoms blooming like clouds, cherry blossoms blooming as white as snow, and azaleas blooming all over the mountains. And the universe crawls on the ground, its green branches dotted with single flowers in red, white, blue, and purple. From a distance, it looks like a baby's round palm, but from a distance, it looks like a colorful tapestry spread on the land of Lingshan Town.

Maybe it’s because the flowers bloomed early this year and the branches of the cosmos are not strong yet. The trunks of cosmos usually grow to nearly one or two meters tall, but this year most of the cosmos in the Brahma Flower Sea are less than one meter tall. Therefore, visitors walking on the flower path feel like floating on a sea of ??flowers. They must stand bent over. People in the distance cannot recognize the legs of pedestrians in the sea of ??flowers. People swim in the sea of ??flowers.

In the vast sea of ??flowers, stands an ancient camphor tree dozens of meters high. This common tree in the south of the Yangtze River has a straight trunk and a dense crown. It stands among the sea of ??flowers, like a patron saint of flower fields, guarding the flowers on the hillside day and night. On the other hand, visitors can see the large camphor tree as a coordinate to identify the direction. After all, they are wandering in the sea of ??flowers and will lose their way if they are not careful. A large tree happens to be a landmark.

Speaking of landmarks, the Huadian Tower on the west side of the Brahma Flower Sea is the most eye-catching one. This 21.28-meter-tall square, five-story wind-wood tower is located in the center of Huadian Town. In the past, the legendary "Leifeng Sunset", the seventh of the ten scenic spots in West Lake, was the best way to enjoy the tower viewing at sunset. In Huadian Bay, standing in the sea of ??Brahma flowers and watching the sunset on the Huadian Tower is even more magical.

The Mashan area where Nianhua Bay is located is famous for its fresh air. Usually the sun shines brightly and the sky is clear, which is rare in Wuxi. Therefore, when tourists look westward in the Brahma Flower Sea and wait for the sun to drop to the same angle as the Huadian Tower, they will suddenly feel that the Huadian Tower merges into the sunset. When the breeze blows from the nearby Taihu Lake to the Buddha, it can also bring the wind chimes on the pagoda, which are crisp and sweet, making people feel bright.

Between the Brahma Sea of ??Flowers, there is a wooden boardwalk that runs through the sea of ??flowers. There are short wooden fences on both sides of the plank road, and the ground of the plank road is paved with yellow stones. Pedestrians walking on the plank road don't know where the path will lead because of the dense flowers. You can only go so far before you see the next path. In the open sea of ??flowers, a plank road leads to a winding path.

People like to compare the blooming posture of cosmos to a graceful girl, which is so vivid.

Looking at the cosmos in full bloom, with its various colors such as red, white, blue, purple, etc., an enthusiastic girl always comes to mind. This flower that blooms in early summer is delicate, light and heavy makeup; gorgeous and graceful. It seems that when the flowers of the universe bloom, no metaphor can be overstated.

Everyone who has been to Huadian Bay knows that this town is named after the Buddhist allusion of "Huadian Smile". In fact, as long as you are in the sea of ??Brahma flowers, close your eyes, hold your breath, and let the cosmos bloom, you can hear the sound of cosmos growing and blooming in the sun. The sound comes from nature, from the universe on the hillside.

One color of flowers, one Zen. In life, when your mind is thinking about the world of flowers, the flavor of Zen is always there.

I was quietly waiting for the sound of a bouquet of cosmos blooming in the sea of ??Brahma flowers in Huadian Town.
