The competition is divided into three stages: sea election, regional competition and finals. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Third, the competition method:

(1) The doll group, the youth group and the social group are all outdoor five-a-side football matches. The competition methods in each stage are as follows:

The competition methods of the sea election competition shall be formulated by the organizing committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Each province (autonomous region) is not less than the above-mentioned designated cities, but also can increase competition cities according to the actual situation. The zoning requirements of cities in the province are as follows:

(1) The number of teams shall be at least 100, with no less than 8 teams in each group.

(2) If there are only 8 teams in each group, the competition system based on group round robin will be implemented.

(3) If the number of teams in each group exceeds 32, the elimination system will be implemented.

(4) If the number of teams in each group is between 8 and 32, the competition system of combining group round robin and elimination will be implemented.

All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government passed the sea election, and each group of dolls, teenagers and social organizations decided on a champion team to advance to the regional competition. If there are more than two cities in the province, the champion team must be decided through the provincial finals.

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will each decide a champion team from the doll group, the youth group and the social group to participate in the regional competition through sea election, and the way to participate will be notified separately.

(2) In order to cooperate with TV reports and consider the climatic conditions around the sea election and regional competition, in principle, the sea election in Northeast China, North China and Northwest China will be held in August, the sea election in Central China and East China in September, and the sea election in Southeast China, Southwest China and South China will be held in 10.

(3) Due to the requirements of TV or network broadcasting and unified commercial activities, the Organizing Committee has the right to adjust the information of the game date, tee time and venue involved in the game, but in principle, it should make a change decision two weeks before the original game date and notify the organizer.

(4) The competition schedule shall be formulated by the organizing committee of each competition area, and all teams must strictly abide by it.

(5) Due to the influence of weather and uncertain factors, the organizing committee has the right to adjust or change the established schedule.

4. Qualification:

(1) Athletes must be citizens of Chinese mainland or residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

(2) The following athletes are not allowed to participate in social groups, including athletes registered in China, Hong Kong, China, Macau and China Taipei Football Association (including Super League, China-A, China-B, women's football clubs, five-A league clubs, provincial and municipal professional teams and football schools, etc.). ).

(3) puppies and teenagers are not allowed to participate in the competition.

(5) The doll group and the youth group can participate in the competition in multiple teams in the same school, but each athlete can only represent one team, and it is not allowed to register in schools other than this school.

(6) Since the regionals, the athletes who participate in the doll group and the youth group in Chinese mainland must be registered in the campus football competition system of the Chinese Football Association and have the status of participating schools (excluding football schools).

(7) All participants must be in good health, and a health certificate shall be issued by a regular hospital at or above the county level. If participants are unwilling to issue health certificates, they must sign an exemption agreement with the organizer.

(8) During the competition, if any violation is found, the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the player or the team. After the team is disqualified, the team in the next ranking will make up for it.
