Fortunately, in July, 20 14, I left the school gate and came to Tibet. Many people are eager to arrive and carefully hide in their hearts, and have spent two years in this world.

In the past two years, I have walked through the streets of Lhasa and seen the sacred mountains and lakes in Tibet, trying to observe the souls of their pure faith in the footsteps of their followers.

In the past two years, I have visited many Buddhist monasteries, climbed mountains over 5000 meters above sea level, made friends with the real people in Xizang, and felt their truest feelings.

I walked along the street where Cangyang Jiacuo walked, repeating his footsteps and strolling on the street of Barkhor Street.

I crossed the mountains and came to Gandan Temple at the top of the mountain, which coincided with the renovation season in autumn, without the hustle and bustle of the tourist season, but with the tranquility and serenity of Xanadu; Even drepung monastery, who lives in Lhasa, chose to arrive in the off-season, always feeling that he could not observe the open realm of Buddhism in a noisy atmosphere.

In the blue sky and clear water of Namco, I met people from all directions. It seems that if I come to outer space, the joy is beyond words.

In the winter of Yangzhuoyong Lake, the open world, the deep blue sky and the clear lake water washed the shore with ice floes again and again. Even if you walk silently, your heart will be as silent as Mani stone on the shore.

In the mighty Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, the river is Vivi and the coastal mountains stand tall. Cool in the summer rain, revealing the calmness and solemnity of a thousand years of silence, crossing the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with high sky and thick soil, crossing the South Asian subcontinent and pouring into the Indian Ocean, interpreting the great beauty of heaven and earth.

It is such a place where the sky is blue and the mountains are high, which nourishes my soul, calms my impetuous heart slowly and begins to learn to read the big book of life and nature. Laozi said in Tao Te Ching: The beauty of heaven and earth is self-evident. Even by the Lhasa River, you can hear the call from ancient times by picking up a few pebbles in the winter sunshine. Because the rivers and mountains are relatively young, the pebbles lying in the long river and beside the river have not left too many traces of time. On the contrary, these stones are angular and quite unruly. It tells the world in its own independent form that there are thousands of standards in the world. We should not forget our original ideals, go further to cater to the world, and don't forget your active attitude.

At the entrance of the Sera Temple, in order to facilitate Tibetans to turn to worship, Tibetans are set to enter for free, and tourists need to buy tickets. A Tibetan girlfriend took the three of us to the ticket office. She was free. The conductor, a Tibetan uncle, successfully got a ticket for a boy friend and waved us in. I reminded him that he hadn't bought a ticket yet, and he touched his head shyly, showing white. I'm glad he mixed me with my Tibetan compatriots. After all, my Tibetan friends are more beautiful than one. A friend said that many people try their best to get in for free, but you have to take the initiative to buy tickets, so I love you.

Later, from her explanation, I realized the meaning of this sentence "I love you so much".

Because of the devout belief of Tibetan compatriots in Buddhism, their inner benchmark is extremely clear, and they despise deception. Like most parents, her mother is extremely dissatisfied with some young people who are untidy. Honest and frank mother, even in the process of turning over the scriptures in Sera Temple, reprimanded other children face to face on the grounds that her hair was dyed too yellow, which made her look like a bad child. I laughed after listening to it. It is also because of the story of buying a ticket that this mother invited me to her house, which made me feel full of collectors' amorous feelings. Because of a ticket, I won the recognition and trust of my family. I am so lucky. It is also because of the contact with many Tibetan friends that I further feel the accuracy of "kindness is a kind of nature and kindness is a choice". This sentence is Da Bing's propaganda language in the book "OK". I think that if Da Bing hadn't traveled all over Qian Shan and experienced life in Tibet, he wouldn't have summed up such incisive but meaningful words.

When the weather is fine on weekends, I often choose to ride a mountain bike around Lhasa for one week and more than one hour a day. One is to relax, the other is to exercise, and the third is to encounter some unexpected gains, because many beautiful moments will be fixed in a person's life and become the most beautiful picture of life. It was also during this time that I met yaks walking slowly on the streets in the suburbs of Lhasa. There are several white waterfowl flying over the Lalu wetland; In the clothing store on the street, the white-haired grandmother who picked the cloth at random smiled at you, all the wrinkles on her face unfolded, and the light in her eyes was soft, loving and peaceful. Sometimes I will nest in a small bookstore on the side of the road, and with the snoring of the cats in the store, I will choose a few books that I am interested in, which is simply a paradise in heaven.

There is rarely a place I can't bear to leave. The mountains and rivers here have broadened my mind. People here let me continue to maintain a kind and pure Do not forget your initiative mind. The faith here has strengthened my inner faith. The warmth here fills my heart with motivation and courage, and the noise of the outside world echoes in my ears. I am grateful to be able to keep my peace of mind, which makes me even more grateful for my experience in these two years.
