Winter Construction Measures
1. Project Overview:
Gaotang County Lakeside Garden Phase II 1# The residential building project is located in the south of Gaotang County Committee, with a construction area of ??5,609 square meters. At present, the main body construction has been completed and the large-area decoration construction stage has entered. According to past experience, winter construction occurs when the daily average temperature is lower than 5℃ for 5 consecutive days, so the decoration and renovation phase coincides with winter. In order to ensure that the project can be constructed smoothly and safely, and the production tasks can be completed with quality and quantity, the following winter season is specially formulated construction measures.
2. Organizational measures:
(1) Organizational measures
1. Establish a winter construction leadership group of the project department headed by the project manager to be responsible for the project Winter construction of the Ministry.
Team leader: Li Minghua
Members: Sun Xingzhu, Ren Laigang, Wang Guangliang, Wang Peijun, Wang Changyou, Wang Jun
2. Formulate a practical and feasible plan Construction details.
3. Carry out winter construction safety and quality prevention knowledge education for on-site production personnel.
4. Organize and establish an emergency rescue preparation team.
Team leader: Ren Laigang Team members: Wang Guangliang, Wang Changyou, Wang Peijun, Wang Jun
5. Select an information officer to contact the company regularly to keep abreast of weather forecasts and cold waves , strong wind warning so that protective measures can be taken in time.
(2) Technical measures:
A. On-site construction measures:
1. The construction site is equipped with all kinds of necessary anti-freeze and waterproof equipment and materials.
2. Before winter construction, personnel who add admixtures, personnel who measure and maintain temperature, boiler operators and furnace managers should be screened.
3. Keep in touch with local weather stations, receive weather forecasts in a timely manner, and prevent sudden cold wave attacks.
4. Arrange special personnel to measure the indoor and outdoor temperatures during the construction period and make records in a timely manner.
5. Temporary water supply pipes and lime plaster and other materials on the construction site should be insulated and protected against freezing.
6. During winter construction of glass projects, the temperature of the operating site should not be lower than 5°C. If construction is necessary, glass, inlaid synthetic rubber and other materials should be transported to a room with heating equipment.
7. During construction, the installation of plastic steel windows should be arranged first to facilitate the indoor project. Doors and windows should be sealed during construction, and the side seams and holes of doors and windows should also be blocked. Construction openings and transportation The materials and stairwells should be sealed and insulated. And arrange ventilation and air change time reasonably.
8. When applying mixed paint in winter, 2.5% of the weight of the mixed paint as a drier and 5% of rosin water should be added to it. Smoke and moisture should be eliminated during construction to prevent gloss loss. And sticky but not drying.
9. Pave and repair temporary roads on site, especially the construction road in front of the building, to prevent water from freezing and preventing materials from entering the site.
10. Renovate temporary facilities, such as mixer sheds, etc., and take measures to prevent freezing and rainwater from leaking into the shed. When the mixer is used up, drain the water from the water pump to prevent frost cracking.
11. For materials such as cement that are not suitable for rain and frost, effective measures must be taken to erect protective awnings to ensure project quality and reduce economic losses.
12. Collect meteorological information in a timely manner and make construction arrangements in advance. Sub-projects such as outdoor decoration, waterproofing projects, and roofing projects should avoid construction in rainy and snowy days.
B. Roofing project construction measures:
1. Roofing projects are strictly prohibited from rain, snow, and wind conditions above level 5.
2. During the construction process and the expanded vermiculite insulation materials stacked on site should be covered when encountering rain or snow.
3. The construction of roof cement mortar leveling layer is strictly prohibited in rainy and snowy days.
4. The roof of the 1# building is all made of TS-C membrane waterproofing. The full-adhesive method is used during construction. The moisture content of the base layer must be controlled before construction. In case of rain or snow, wait until the base layer is dry. can be constructed.
5. Construction of the three-bend tile roof with overhanging eaves should be avoided in rainy and snowy days. If rainy and snowy days are encountered during construction, rain and snowproof measures should be taken and covered in time.
C. Decoration technical measures:
1. Exterior wall decoration should be avoided in rainy days, and rain should be avoided before the plastering is dry. If it is contaminated, it should be scrubbed in time to protect the finished product.
2. Before the exterior wall paint is dry, rainproof measures should be taken to avoid being exposed to rain.
3. During the construction of interior wall coating projects, if charcoal is used for insulation, smoke exhaust and fire prevention measures should be taken to prevent pollution and fire.
D. Outdoor projects
1. The excavated earth must be protected from freezing at the bottom of the foundation trench or the foundations and other facilities of adjacent buildings. If the next process is not carried out in time after the foundation trench is dug, an appropriate thickness of soil layer should be reserved on the base elevation and covered with insulation material for insulation.
2. During winter excavation, put the non-frozen soil together and cover it to prevent freezing and reserve it for backfilling.
3. Before backfilling, sweep away the ice, snow and insulation materials on the base before starting backfilling. During manual tamping, the thickness of each layer of soil shall not exceed 20 cm, and the compacted thickness shall be 10-15 cm. And it should be compacted layer by layer continuously.
4. In order to shorten the curing time of outdoor ramps and scattered concrete, the cement dosage per cubic meter of concrete should not be less than 300Kg, the water-cement ratio should not be greater than 0.6, and an early strength agent should be added.
5. In order to reduce freezing damage, the water consumption in the mix ratio should be reduced to the minimum, the slump should be controlled, and high-efficiency water-reducing agents should be used first.
3. Safety measures:
1. Establish a construction safety duty team in the winter rainy season. The duty personnel will take turns to be on duty every day and write down written records. If hidden dangers are discovered, corrective measures will be determined and Supervise implementation.
2. Stop outdoor operations on rainy days and strong winds above level 6. .
3. The settlement of the tower crane foundation must be observed frequently. If uneven settlement is found, the foundation should be reinforced in time.
4. On-site fire sources must be managed better, explosions must be prevented when using natural gas and coal gas, and ventilation should be paid attention to when using coke ovens, coal stoves or natural gas and coal gas to prevent gas poisoning.
5. When using calcium chloride or bleaching powder during construction, be sure to prevent skin corrosion.
6. Sodium nitrite is highly toxic and must be kept strictly to prevent poisoning by accidental ingestion.
7. Carefully check the electrical equipment used on site. All electrical equipment used in the open air must be equipped with rainproof and moisture-proof facilities. The construction wires must be intact and buried underground. The switch box must be reliably grounded; conduct a comprehensive inspection of the leakage protector. Check to ensure effective implementation during use and eliminate safety hazards.
8. Pay attention to living hygiene. Staff dormitories must be rodent-proof and take regular measures to ensure smooth indoor general ventilation and exhaust. It is strictly prohibited to connect wires without permission. There should be dedicated personnel responsible for toilet sanitation and flushing regularly.
