Taiwan Province Island is bigger than Hainan Island.

Taiwan Province Island covers an area of 35,800 square kilometers and is the main land of Hainan Island. Its plane is in the shape of Sydney ellipse, and its long axis runs northeast-southwest, with a length of 240 kilometers, a width of 2 10 kilometers and an area of about 35,400 square kilometers. It is the second largest island in China after Taiwan Province Province.

Taiwan Province Island is the largest island in China and the 38th largest island in the world, with a longitudinal length of 395km from north to south, the widest from east to west 145km, the coastline around the island139km, and the total length including Penghu Islands 1520km.
