Today is the solstice of summer. Today or cold noodles?
Cold noodles with sauce
Composition:
450g of noodles, four cowpeas, three garlic grains, one onion, a little parsley, a spoonful of sesame sauce, 9g of salt, proper chicken essence, proper oil consumption, proper flavor, proper sugar, proper vinegar and proper sesame oil.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Squeeze garlic into mashed garlic with a garlic juicer.
3. Put the salt, chicken essence, oil consumption and sugar into the bowl, then pour the fragrant vinegar, then pour twice the amount of cold water to melt the seasoning, add a little sesame oil and stir well (the juice is ready).
Cut the cowpea into small pieces
5. Put down the water pot, take it out and cool it in cold boiled water.
6. Scoop a spoonful of sesame paste and dilute it with a little cold water.
7. cut walnuts into granules (peanuts are the best. I used walnuts instead of fried peanuts today, but the taste is not as good as peanuts, so I choose my favorite)
8. Boil a pot of boiling water, add noodles after the water boils, and spread them with chopsticks to prevent the pot from sticking.
9. After the water is boiled, pour in cold water, repeat it twice, and take it out after boiling again.
10. Put the fished noodles into a basin filled with cold boiled water and cool. Change the water until the noodles are cold, and each noodle is separated instead of sticking together. Use a hedge to pump out the water and control it. Be sure to control drying.
1 1. Put into a clean basin, pour in about 10g cooked rapeseed oil and mix well. After mixing evenly, the roots will separate and not stick together.
12. Take out the food, add cowpeas, chopped walnuts or peanuts, add two spoonfuls of diluted sesame paste, scoop up an appropriate amount of juice (according to your own taste, taste it in advance), scoop up an appropriate amount of oil and pepper, add chopped green onion and a little parsley, and you can eat. If you don't like coriander, you can leave it. Mix well, the back strip is very strong, the roots are separated, the entrance is smooth, and it is sour and spicy, suitable for summer. Hurry up and learn!
Recipe tip:
1. Don't cook noodles for too long, or they will agglomerate and taste bad.
2. The cooked noodles must be cooked in cold water, and the starch on the noodles will be removed, so that the cold noodles will be smooth.
Noodles must be mixed with oil, so it will be all right in the afternoon, otherwise the roots will be broken.
It doesn't matter if the cooking is too juicy, you can also adjust cold dishes. I can eat two meals today, and if I have a big appetite, I will have one meal.
