How to draw a meteorological literacy tabloid

Meteorological literacy tabloids are drawn as follows

1. Write the word "weather forecast" on the top of the blackboard, enlarge it to highlight the theme, then draw a cloud in the middle of the blackboard and a sun behind it.

2. This step is to draw a dark cloud and rain in the upper right corner of the blackboard, then draw an umbrella, draw a rectangular frame, and finally draw some curves.

3. Then color the title red, yellow, pink and orange, then color the umbrella, and finally color the edge of the cloud pink.

We paint the sun yellow first, then draw some curves with red, yellow, purple and cyan, and finally draw some green branches.
