The area and time when fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in Tai 'an.

By the end of this year, there will be many festivals, such as New Year's Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Spring Festival, Lantern Festival and so on. It should be noted that no unit or individual is allowed to set off fireworks and firecrackers, hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities within the administrative area of Tai 'an City.

In the following time, no unit or individual within the administrative area of this Municipality may set off fireworks and firecrackers, hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities:

(1) Early warning period for heavily polluted weather above yellow;

(2) during the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination;

(three) other burning ban time issued by the people's government of the city or county (city) according to law.

In case of major public activities, it is necessary to hold large-scale fireworks display activities such as fireworks evening, and the organizer shall apply to the public security organ and go through the formalities of fireworks display license according to law. Discharge operation units and operators shall carry out discharge operations in accordance with the safety regulations of fireworks and firecrackers and the approved discharge operation plan.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following areas:

(1) Tai 'an City: Taohuayuan Road, east of G3 Expressway, west of Boyang Road (including the north extension line from the intersection of Boyang Road and Bi Xia Street to Tangjiazhuang Village, Liujiazhuang Village, Shimayu Village, Shajialing Village, Qijiatan Village and Wangjiazhuang Administrative Village), south of Huanshan Road and north of Tianmen Street in High-tech Zone;

(2) Culaishan National Forest Park;

(3) No-fire zone in Taishan Scenic Area designated by the Management Committee of Taishan Scenic Area;

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places outside the above areas:

(1) Office buildings for government agencies and institutions;

(2) cultural relics protection units;

(3) Traffic hubs such as stations, docks and airports, and safety protection zones for highways, tunnels, overpasses, viaducts (roads), overpasses, underground passages and railway lines;

(4) Places where fireworks and firecrackers are produced, managed and stored;

(five) gas filling stations, liquefied gas supply stations (points), oil depots and important material warehouses, oil (gas) pipeline safety protection zones and other units (places) that produce, operate and store flammable and explosive materials;

(6) Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation facilities such as substations and high-voltage lines;

(seven) medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, pension institutions, welfare homes, etc.

(eight) scenic spots, forests, green spaces, parks, nurseries, wetlands, etc.

(9) Banks, parking lots (garages), shopping malls, cinemas (theaters), bazaars, public places of entertainment, public cultural facilities (places), places for religious activities and other crowded public places;

(ten) public corridors, stairs, roofs, balconies and construction sites of buildings under construction;

(eleven) other places designated and announced by the people's government of the city or county (city).

In the places listed in the preceding paragraph, the business management unit or the property right unit shall set up warning signs prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in safety tips and prevention.
