The areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the central city include Haishu District, Jiangbei District, Yinzhou District and Ningbo National High-tech Zone (including Guisi Street) in the closed area of Ningbo Ring Expressway; Core Protection Area and Style Coordination Area of Gucheng County, Cicheng Town, Jiangbei District (east to dongcheng river, Cicheng Town, west to Qinfeng Village, Cicheng Town, near the boundary of core protection area and style coordination area, south to Yongyufu Line, and north to Huanhu Road, Cicheng Town); Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort. Other counties (cities) and zhenhai district, Beilun District and Fenghua District prohibit or restrict the operation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers. At the same time, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following places: cultural relics protection units; Traffic hubs such as stations, docks and airports and railway line safety protection zones; Units that produce and store inflammable and explosive articles; In the safety protection zone of power transmission and transformation facilities; Institutions, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, and old-age care services; Key fire prevention areas such as mountains and grasslands; Commodity trading market; High-rise buildings, etc.

It is forbidden to operate fireworks and firecrackers in downtown areas and in places where it is forbidden to operate and set off fireworks and firecrackers throughout the year (including holidays such as Spring Festival and Lantern Festival); During the warning period of heavy polluted weather issued by the Municipal People's Government, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers within the administrative area of this Municipality.

The public security department reminds the general public, please consciously abide by the relevant regulations prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, start from yourself, do not illegally buy, store or discharge fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in discouraging and guiding relatives and friends.
