If it is sunny, the temperature will be warmer, which is conducive to the safe overwintering of diseases and eggs in the field. In the second year, the harm of pests and diseases will increase, which is not conducive to the growth of crops, and farmers will be worried.

If it is snowy, on the one hand, the number of field diseases and eggs is relatively small, and the harm to crops will be reduced in the second year. On the other hand, snowfall can also alleviate the drought in the field. After the snow melts, it can promote the growth of wheat. When crops grow well, farmers will be happier.
