One photo shows that the vehicle did not cross the stop line at one hundred red lights, the other two photos show that the vehicle continued to drive forward, crossed the stop line at one red light and completely entered the intersection, and the three photos will clearly record the position movement of the vehicle at the red light.

When there is foggy weather, the meteorological department will send an early warning signal to the general public, and the public can judge whether it is suitable for driving according to the level of the early warning signal. When there are no traffic lights in foggy days, the warning signal is not low. For safety reasons, driving in this weather is not recommended. If you run a red light, decide the punishment according to the photos taken by the monitoring. If red light can appear in the photo, it should be punished because the human eye is more sensitive to red than the camera.
