Hotan is particularly good in summer, because it is dry and not as uncomfortable as hot flashes in the mainland. It will be comfortable to stay in the shade, but it will be miserable in the sun overhead in summer and at noon! Of course, heat is also possible. It's nice and comfortable to bask in the sun in winter. I can't feel cold in winter, and it's very cold in the shade.
