Why did Yanhe Reservoir in Fangxian County stop when it started?

Yanhe Reservoir in Fangxian County needs to stop construction because of water storage. According to relevant public information, Yanhe Reservoir in Fangxian County belongs to Xiao 1 type, and the project is located at the junction of Baiheguan, fu cun and Yanhe Village in Baihe Town. Because the first tributary of Jiabao River needs water storage, the project was suspended on October 28th, 2022/KLOC-0, and it is planned to resume work on April 28th, 2023 after the water storage task is completed.
