Speaking of the scenic spots in Enshi, the first reaction of most people is the Enshi Grand Canyon. Enshi Grand Canyon is the most famous five-year scenic spot in Enshi and one of the top ten tourist cards in Lingxiu Hubei. It is praised by experts as comparable to the Colorado Grand Canyon in the United States. The developed part of Enshi Grand Canyon Scenic Area is located within the jurisdiction of the shogunate office in Enshi City, Hubei Province, about 1.5 hours' drive from Enshi Railway Station. If you take the passenger shuttle bus, you need to bypass Tuanbao Township, Lichuan City due to the landslide in Mazhe Mountain last year. The journey takes about 2 hours, and the fare is 30 yuan/person.

The developed part of Enshi Grand Canyon includes two core scenic spots, Qixingzhai and Yunlong Ground Fissure. The height of a wick incense in Qixingzhai Scenic Area is about150m, and the minimum diameter is only 4m. After hundreds of millions of years of wind and rain, it still stands, which is the treasure of the Grand Canyon. Enshi Grand Canyon is the most demanding and tiring of the three grand canyons in Enshi. Because Qixingzhai has a high altitude, sometimes the weather is bad, and you can only see fog when you climb up. Moreover, although Qixingzhai has an ascending cableway and a descending escalator as the means of transportation, a series of essential scenic spots such as incense, welcoming pine, twin peaks, mountains and rivers, and deep affection between mother and child need to be visited on foot. If you really can't walk, you can also take a double slide. If you are a free traveler visiting Enshi, it is suggested to arrange your itinerary flexibly according to the weather conditions in order to see the best scenery. In addition, the whole journey of Enshi Grand Canyon takes about 6-8 hours. If you are not physically strong enough, you can also stay in a nearby hotel for two days. It is recommended to bring your own knee pads and trekking poles.

Besides a beautiful sunrise, the hottest photo of Enshi Grand Canyon on the Internet is the sunset of bamboo shoots. Chaotian bamboo shoot is not in the developed area of the scenic spot at present, so you can go by yourself by car, and it is located on the road from Enshi Grand Canyon to the top of the mountain. Every time I go to shoot the sea of clouds and the starry sky in the sky, I usually live in B&B of Shiguang Courtyard on this road. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Chaotian Bamboo Shoots and 10 minutes to drive to the tourist center of the scenic spot. It is convenient to go up and down, and you can often see the sea of clouds in the morning.

Pingshan Gorge is located in Pingshan Village, Rongmei Town, Hefeng County, Hubei Province, at the "mysterious intersection" in the hinterland of Wuling (30 degrees north latitude and10 degrees east longitude). In recent years, it has become popular on the Internet. Because of its clear water quality and floating water surface, it is called "Semporna, China" by netizens, and it is the most famous scenic spot among network celebrities.

Hefeng County, as the county with the most backward traffic development in Enshi Prefecture, officially opened the expressway in July 2020, which greatly shortened the time from Enshi urban area to the scenic spot, and the driving distance was no longer a factor for Enshi tourists to hesitate to go to the scenic spot. Pingshan Canyon is about 2.5 hours' drive from Enshi Railway Station. Free travellers can take the county shuttle bus 60 yuan/person at the passenger transport center opposite Enshi Railway Station, and then transfer to Pingshan Village shuttle bus 10 yuan/person at the old station opposite Yitong Station in Hefeng to reach the scenic spot.

Many tourists come to Pingshan for a suspended photo, but the shooting of suspended photos should also pay attention to the weather, location and people. The best shooting effect is that at sunny noon, the sun shines on the water.

Can I take suspension photos at other times? The answer is that you can shoot as long as the water is clear, but it is relatively inconspicuous. If it didn't rain much a while ago, even if it did rain that day, it wouldn't affect the water quality. Of course, if it rains heavily and the upstream water rises, it is another matter. In terms of season, the water quality in winter is the clearest, and even if there is no sunshine, you can take a good photo of the suspension of wooden boats. It should be noted that you need to queue up at Ada store to take suspension photos on a small wooden boat. 20 yuan/person/time, 30 yuan/boat/time (no more than 3 people), you can also buy a small wooden boat space experience cruise ticket of 100 yuan/boat (no more than 3 people), and you can also draw circles in the water.

Apart from taking suspended photos, what else is there to see and play in Pingshan Canyon? The first is the cliff plank road that all the canyons in Enshi have-Yungang plank road, from which you can see the whole canyon landscape. Secondly, when the temperature difference between morning and evening is large in summer, a layer of mist will rise on the water, and the ship will sail on the water, which is full of fairy tales. Last but not least, taking a boat from Taohuadu Pier, crossing the first line of sky, crossing the five-foot gate, crossing the Moon Bridge and crossing the Black Dragon Cave is the most essential scenery in Pingshan Canyon Scenic Area. Shuttling through the quiet and deep canyon, you can only hear the sound of the hull rubbing against the water, just like entering an isolated dream. No wonder some tourists are unwilling to wake up. Traveling by boat is not enough. The site needs extra money to sit down.

During the peak season, there will be glass boats and paddles in Pingshan Canyon Scenic Area to experience water sports at their own expense. When it doesn't rain, many tourists will choose to play with glass boats.

Quietly speaking, the second phase of the virgin forest exploration+canyon rafting tour in Pingshan Canyon is about to start. Canyon rafting is a limited daily consumption and another kind of scenery and experience.

At present, the Pingshan Gorge tourist route is the easiest of the three canyons in Enshi. The play time is about 2.5-3 hours, and the ticket+canyon transportation ticket is 2 10 yuan/person. If you want to save more energy, you can also choose to buy a boat ticket (45 yuan/person) at the ticket office, enter from Du Yulou, the exit of the scenic spot, play in the opposite direction at Adadian, and go back the same way. Enshi geocentric valley is located in the mysterious center of 30 degrees north latitude, and the axis of Enshi tourism and transportation hub is the landmark of Gaoping Town in Jianshi County, Hubei Province at "3 18" National Landscape Road "1520" and "13 14" expressways. Yiwan High-speed Railway Gaoping Station takes a 3-minute exit from Enshi Scenic Area Visitor Center.

Enshi geocentric valley belongs to the rare alpine karst canyon landform in the world, and is famous for its "danger, strangeness, antiquity, wildness, mystery and beauty". The canyon is deep, the overpass is corniced, the Bayan ancient road crossing time and space is full of geocentric graben attractions, and the stone mortar vortex groove in the valley is very unique, which is known as "the heart will return without looking at the valley". The misty mountains in the heart of the rain valley are filled with ecstasy and even more beautiful.

In addition, tourists who drive by car and don't plan to live in Cliff House are advised to park their cars in the parking lot of the visitor center. It will take time to pick up their cars after the tour, because there is no turning back in the whole journey of the Geocentric Valley Scenic Area, and the entrance and exit are not in one place, so they need to rely on the scenic bus and the visitor center as transit hubs.

The geographical location, scenic features, playing methods, difficulty and weather requirements of the above three canyon scenic spots are different, and the items that can be played are also different.
