Article 2 The term "post-planning management" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the post-planning management activities of the competent department of urban and rural planning for the construction project that has obtained the planning permit of the construction project according to law, with the planning setting-out, planning inspection, planning follow-up inspection and completion planning acceptance as the main contents.

Article 3 These Provisions shall apply to the post-approval management of various construction projects within the urban planning control area of Rushan City.

Article 4 The construction unit or individual shall carry out the planning, setting out, inspection and construction of the construction project in accordance with the construction project planning permit and its annexes, and perform the post-approval management procedures in accordance with these Provisions.
