Shuangyue Bay is located in the administrative committee of Binhai Tourism Resort in Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province (formerly Port Town). Shuangyue Bay is divided into two bays, consisting of two semi-moon shapes adjacent to Daya Bay and Red Bay. Generally speaking, it is best to catch the sea during the flood season, because the sea recedes far and fast during the flood season, especially shellfish and seafood move slowly. When the sea recedes, these shellfish and seafood are placed on the beach or mudflat. This flood season is best on the second and sixteenth day of the second month of the lunar calendar every month.

When the south wind blows, it is best to have a single south wind and southwest wind, and it is best to have a strong wind. With the help of the wind, the tide will recede further than when there is no wind. The weather is best when the weather changes suddenly (preferably cloudy) or the northwest wind blows for several hours and then turns to the south wind.
