During my work in the supervision department of Caidieyuan project, with the guidance and help of the director and special supervisor, I was mainly responsible for the supervision of the high-rise building in Area C 1-8#, and my colleagues Jaco and Xu Keqiang were responsible for the supervision of the construction site of the high-rise main body in Area C of this project, and confirmed the treatment of the basement wall column defects left by the original general contractor. I just came to the construction site, the working conditions are poor, the problem of food and shelter has not been solved, the weather is hot, and the journey home is very long. However, I didn't complain, nor did I flinch in the face of difficulties, because I had a great responsibility. The relevant leaders put me in charge of the on-site supervision of the top management in Area C, and I also understand that without pressure, there is no motivation, and without motivation, there is no progress. Only by making progress can young people be better qualified and do a good job. As a young man, I don't have high experience and skills, and I don't have the ability to deal with problems with old-timers for many years. I only believe that I can do the work assigned to me by the company. At first, it was mainly to know the actual situation on site in time, to be familiar with the construction drawings and the contents of the supervision contract in time, and to master the supervision planning and supervision rules. This project is a commercial house, and the whole site is managed in English. The owner has high requirements for the work of the supervision department. I actively thought about the key and difficult points of this project supervision. Facing the key points, JiXin, a colleague of the project department, and I carefully reviewed the construction plan, urged the contractor to do a good job of construction technical disclosure before each working procedure, strengthened the quality control of concealed works, and put an end to quality hidden dangers. In the face of difficulties, in addition to consulting relevant information and consulting senior professional and technical personnel in time, we can find a good solution to the problem. In the construction process, in strict accordance with the supervision specifications, the contents of the supervision contract and the quality control measures prepared by the company, the process control of each working procedure is carried out by means of standing by, patrolling and parallel inspection. Focus on investigating the quality and safety awareness of the project management personnel of the construction party, strengthen the supervision of the implementation of the "three inspections" system of the construction unit, strengthen the persuasion of the construction management personnel with poor quality and safety awareness, and strengthen and improve the quality management system of the construction unit. For the quality and safety problems existing in the site, investigate and study the internal management of the construction party, find out the root causes of the problems, ask the construction party to take the initiative to take effective measures to solve them, and put the responsibility on everyone, track and urge the construction party to carry out rectification on major problems, and fail to meet the standards and complete the project. Through the unremitting supervision and control of quality and safety in the past two months, I found that with the increase of construction work surface and the acceleration of progress, the workload of supervision increased, but there were still omissions in the actual control effect on site. For example, the apparent quality of concrete can not reach the intermediate plastering effect agreed in the construction contract, the local size deviation of formwork installation is large, and the safety protection of adjacent holes is not timely. I reflected the problem to the director in time, and the director put forward good construction suggestions, which were adopted by the construction party, which not only shortened the construction time of the inclined roof, but also ensured the thickness of the roof panel and the quality of concrete pouring, and no safety accidents occurred during the construction. In the aspect of schedule control, I carefully studied the schedule control method compiled by the company, and formulated the specific implementation methods of schedule control according to the actual situation of the project. According to the construction progress node required by the construction unit, after the total progress plan prepared by the construction party is approved by the director, I carefully check the monthly progress plan and weekly progress plan prepared by the construction party, compare the actual completion of the site with the weekly progress plan at noon every Friday, find out the reasons for the deviation, and communicate with the production manager of the construction party in time, demanding that effective measures be taken in time to make the progress plan.

How to keep the project under control means that the professionals who implement construction management must be supervised. In the construction management that allows the construction unit to play freely, the supervisors are ineffective, which can only show that the supervisors are incompetent and eventually cause unnecessary losses to the construction unit. Even unexpected quality and safety accidents have occurred.
