During the construction of each ramp, the ramp is fully closed for traffic control, and all vehicles (including motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles) and pedestrians are prohibited from passing. The specific information and detour route are as follows:

Diversion measures
(1) In order to avoid traffic congestion, when the main bridge and approach bridge in Quanzhou heading for Jinjiang are constructed in half lane, the vehicles crossing the bridge can be slowed down in the other half lane or bypassed by the following routes:
Via citong bridge, Jiang Bin North Road, Fenghai Road and Houzhu Bridge. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion routes: Tongtong Bridge, Jiang Bin North Road, Textile Road (or Yunlu Road), Tonggang East Street and Tonggang West Street. As shown in the figure below:
(2) When ramp A at Donghai Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass the following routes:
Cars from Houzhu Bridge to Donghai Street can pass through Tonggang East Street and Tonggang West Street (turn around at Fafang intersection). As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: Houzhu Bridge to Donghai Street, Binhai Street and Che Feng Sea Road. As shown in the figure below:
(3) When the B ramp of Donghai Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
From Donghai Street to Jinjiang: You can turn around from Donghai Street to Tonggang West Street (Fafang intersection) to Jinjiang Bridge. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: Tongtong Bridge, Jiang Bin North Road, Jiefang Road (or Yunlu Road) and Tonggang West Street; Or via Donghai Tunnel Yunlu, Jiang Bin North Road and citong bridge. As shown in the figure below:
(4) When the C ramp of Donghai Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
From Tonggang West Street to Houzhu Bridge, cross Jinjiang Bridge from Tonggang West Street, and turn around at the traffic light intersection of Jin Xin Road to Tonggang East Street. (The closing time for construction on that day will start after 9:30 am) as shown in the following figure:
Emergency diversion route: Go straight along Tonggang West Street to Donghai Street, then turn around and pass through Houzhu Bridge on Tonggang East Street. As shown in the figure below:
(5) When the traffic on the D ramp of Donghai Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
From Tonggang West Street to Jinjiang: You can turn around from Tonggang West Street Forest Park and pass Jinjiang Bridge. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion routes: citong bridge, Fenghai Road, Jiefang Road and Jiang Bin North Road. As shown in the figure below:
(6) When the East China Sea Interchange E ramp is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
From Jinjiang to Tonggang West Street: Go straight from Jinjiang Bridge to Forest Park and turn around to Tonggang West Street. (The G ramp leading to Donghai Street will be released at the same time) as shown in the following figure:
Emergency diversion route: you can enter Tonggang West Street from Donghai Street (U-turn) of Jinjiang Bridge. As shown in the figure below:
(7) When the F ramp of Donghai Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
Direction from Houzhu Bridge to Tonggang West Street: You can pass through Tonggang East Street and Donghai Street (turn around) to Tonggang West Street. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: via Yunlu, Donghai Tunnel and Tonggang East Street. As shown in the figure below:
(8) When the G ramp of Donghai Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
From Jinjiang to Donghai Street: You can turn around from Donghai Traffic Port West Street to Donghai Street. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: Jinjiang Bridge goes directly to Tonggang East Street (U-turn) and Donghai Street. As shown in the figure below:
(9) When the H ramp of Donghai Interchange is closed to traffic, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
From Donghai Street to Houzhu Bridge: Go straight along Donghai Street to Tonggang West Street, then turn around and pass Houzhu Bridge on Tonggang East Street. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: Tonggang East Street from Donghai Street, Binhai Road and Fenghai Road. As shown in the figure below:
(10) During the construction of the half lane of the main bridge and approach bridge in the direction from Jinjiang to Quanzhou, vehicles crossing the bridge can slowly pass through the other half lane or follow the following routes:
Jin Xin Road to Quanzhou (or Chidian) direction: Jin Xin Road turns right along the coastal passage (turns around) and passes through the Eryong Bridge on Xiedu Road. As shown in the figure below:

If the bus goes from Shishi to Jin Xin Road, it will go straight from the coastal passage to Jiang Bin South Road (Chidian direction) and turn around to Jin Xin Road. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: via Shuanglong Road (or Xiedu Road) on South Jiang Bin Road. As shown in the figure below:
(12) When ramp B of Jiang Bin Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
If you go from Chidian to Quanzhou, you can bypass Jinjiang Bridge from Jiang Bin South Road and Jin Xin Road. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: Go straight along Binnan Road along the Yangtze River and pass through citong bridge via Xiedu. As shown in the figure below:
(13) When ramp C of Jiang Bin Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
If the bus is from Quanzhou to Chidian, you can turn around at Jiang Bin South Road from Binhai Interchange (Shishi direction). As shown in the figure below:

(14) When ramp D of Jiang Bin Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
If the bus is from Jinjiang to Shishi, you can turn around and pass by Binhai Interchange Jiang Bin South Road (Chidian direction) along the Binhai passage. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: coastal passage through Jin Xin Road and Shuanglong Road. As shown in the figure below:
(15) When the E ramp of Jiang Bin Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
For vehicles in the direction from Quanzhou to Shishi, graded guidance shall be implemented:
Priority notice for the main bridge: Go straight to the direction of Shishi, turn around at the traffic light intersection of Jin Xin Road, and pass along the coastal passage.
Tip at the fork of the ramp leading to the approach bridge: You can turn around from Jiang Bin South Road (Chidian direction) of Binhai Interchange and pass along the Binhai Passage. As shown in the figure below:
Emergency diversion route: passing through the coastal passage of Jiang Bin North Road, Fenghai Road, Kaifa Road, Tonggang West Street and Lianchi Road of Tongtong Bridge on Jiang Bin South Road. As shown in the figure below:
(16) When the F ramp of Jiang Bin Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
If you go from Shishi to Quanzhou, you can bypass Jinjiang Bridge by Jin Xin Road, a coastal avenue, or bypass Jinjiang Bridge by Jiang Bin South Road (in the direction of Chidian). (Add a guide sign at the intersection of Binhai Passage and Shuanglong Road, and bypass Shuanglong Road to Jin Xin Road), as shown in the following figure:

If the bus comes from Jinjiang to Chidian, you can turn around at Jiang Bin South Road (Chidian) from the coastal passage of Jin Xin Road (Shishi direction). As shown in the figure below:

(18) When the H ramp of Jiang Bin Interchange is closed, vehicles crossing the bridge can pass through the following routes:
If the bus goes from Chidian to Jin Xin Road, it will go straight from Jiang Bin South Road to Shuanglong Road, which is a coastal passage. As shown in the figure below:
