2. Zhu Rongfeng

brief introduction

Zhurongfeng is the highest peak of Hengshan Mountain, with an altitude of about1300m. Zhu Rongfeng was named after the Vulcan Zhu Rongshi. According to legend, Zhu Rong was the ancient god of fire, and the Yellow Emperor appointed him as the official in charge of fire. The Yellow Emperor also named him Stuart, in charge of southern affairs. He lived in Mount Hengshan and was buried in Mount Hengshan after his death.

Zhurongfeng includes the Old Temple, Shangfeng Temple, Moon-watching Platform, Nantianmen, Huixian Bridge and other scenic spots. There are many temples near Zhurongfeng with different scenery, which are places for Taoist activities.

3. Nanyue Temple

brief introduction

Nanyue Temple is divided into nine courtyards and four courtyards, including the main hall, the sleeping hall, the Imperial Bookstore, the Panlong Pavilion and other buildings. 4. Shek Gu Academy

brief introduction

Shigu Academy, the first of the four academies in the Song Dynasty, is located in Shigu District, Hengyang City, the second largest city in Hunan Province, with an altitude of 69 meters and an area of 4,000 square meters.

There is a stone drum about two meters high in Shigu College. In Jin Dynasty, Geng Zhongchu's Book of Watching the Stone Drum said, "The sound of a stone is hidden, and Lei Zhen lasts for nine days." 5. Nanyue Martyrs Temple

brief introduction

The Martyrs' Temple is large in scale and built on the mountain. The overall layout is square, with low front and high back. Granite slate avenue in the shrine is connected with the 276-grade stone tablet, and the memorial archway, July 7th memorial tower, memorial hall, memorial tablet and pleasure hall are integrated from bottom to top. It is 240 meters long and 60 meters wide, and covers an area of 14400 square meters. 6. Magu Wonderland

brief introduction
