What's the weather like in Europe in March?
Europe is located in the middle latitude. Influenced by the ocean, Europe has a relatively mild climate and abundant rainfall. In most parts of eastern Europe, there is relatively little precipitation and the climate is dry, while in the west, it is roughly the opposite.
