What are the skills of welding?

Welding is a processing method, which realizes atomic bonding of welded parts by heating or pressurizing or both, with or without filler. Here are the skills of electric welding:

1. Before welding, the most important thing is to adjust the welding current.

2. If the current is too small, welding will only be more troublesome; If the welding current is too large, covered electrode will melt too fast.

3. Before welding, the selection of covered electrode is also very important. Attention should be paid to the selection of covered electrode matching with the material of the welding object to improve the welding efficiency.

4. In windy and humid weather, minimize welding and keep covered electrode dry.

5. There is too much dust, too high temperature and too bright light during welding. You should take protective measures in advance to avoid hurting your eyes and skin.

Precautions:

Electric welding, usually a small tube, welding from bottom to top, pressing the incubator with a little pressure, otherwise there will be trachoma, so keep your hands steady and see the weld bead clearly. Everything should be the same, and the speed should be the same.

Continuous arc welding usually refers to large pipelines, because spot welding of large pipelines is very time-consuming. It is also bottom-up welding, and the spot welding is all over the bottom, and the spot welding must not be too thick, so as to cover the surface conveniently. The current should be adjusted to be about 40 to 50 less than that of spot welding. The current adjustment mainly depends on the thickness of raw materials, swinging from bottom to top.
