High temperature vacation regulations

The provisions of high temperature leave include:

1, if the daily maximum temperature reaches above 40 degrees, stop the outdoor operation on that day;

2. When the daily maximum temperature reaches more than 37 degrees and less than 40 degrees, the employer shall not arrange outdoor outdoor operations for more than 6 hours, and the continuous operation time shall not exceed the national regulations, and outdoor outdoor operations shall not be arranged within 3 hours of the maximum temperature;

3. When the daily maximum temperature reaches more than 35 degrees and less than 37 degrees, the employer shall implement a shift system to shorten the continuous working hours of workers by turns, and shall not arrange outdoor workers to work overtime.

What is the procedure for applying for sick leave?

1. Generally, it is to provide the employer with the relevant medical records of medical institutions, inform them that they need to take sick leave, and ask for leave according to the procedures stipulated by the company;

2. Workers who take sick leave shall go to the medical institution designated by the employing unit for medical treatment. If it is necessary to stop working for treatment and rest after examination by a doctor, the doctor will issue a sick leave note, and the employee will go through the leave formalities according to the procedures stipulated by the employer.

3, emergency, can be admitted to the hospital nearby, oral leave, after completing the formalities.

Workers engaged in high-temperature operations enjoy post allowances according to law.

If the employing unit arranges laborers to engage in outdoor open-air operations in high-temperature weather above 35 degrees, and cannot take effective measures to reduce the workplace temperature below 33 degrees, it shall pay high-temperature allowance to the laborers and include it in the total wages. The standard of high temperature allowance shall be formulated by the provincial administrative department of human resources and social security in conjunction with relevant departments, and adjusted in time according to the social and economic development.
