Why is it raining and windy?

It rains because most of the earth's surface is water. Due to the heat of the sun, water evaporates into the air to form clouds. A large number of clouds gather together and meet cold air. Rain pours down and forms rain. Wind is just a mixture of hot and cold air.

When the sun shines on the earth, the air in different parts of the ground is heated to different degrees. In some places, when the temperature is high, it will rise, and the air with relatively low temperature will flow to supplement and form wind. When the sun shines on the earth, the water in the rivers, lakes and seas on the ground is heated, evaporated into steam and rises into the air, and condensed into water at high altitude.
