According to the notice of Zunyi National Economic and Technological Development Zone and District Transportation Bureau, the highway planning level leading to Shanpen Town in Huichuan District is Grade II, and the subgrade width is 12m. At present, the preparation of the project feasibility study report and the relevant procedures in the early stage are under way, and it is initially planned to be officially implemented in 2022.
