2. Scrape all the floors of the apartment and do thermal insulation again. Use special thermal insulation mortar to make the whole ground 50 mm thick, then cover it with concrete surface layer for thermal insulation, then maintain it, and then make decorative surface layer. This will have a better overall insulation effect and can effectively solve the problem of ground icing caused by freezing weather.
