6 Web Design Training Summary (2)

Last week, May 31-June 4, our e-commerce major had a five-day training in web page making.

I stayed in the computer room for a week. Although my physical reaction is not great, I still feel terrible. I thought training was more comfortable than usual, but after a week, I was almost exhausted and more painful than usual. But in this week's training, I gained a lot.

First, from this training, I deeply realized the importance of theoretical knowledge. Only by mastering theoretical knowledge can we be comfortable in practice, and there will be no embarrassing experience of "using books and hating less".

Secondly, what impressed me most during the training was that I was not proficient in using various web page making tools, and even some of them didn't know how to use them, but they couldn't make a picture or icon well even if they wanted to, so I could imagine their mood. Therefore, it is necessary to practice using these web tools.

Third, teamwork is another experience for me. For some reasons, I am making this web page alone. I am under great pressure and tired, and my thinking ability is limited. The website design and production are also slightly rough and insufficient. As the saying goes: you have an idea, I have an idea, and after sharing, we all have two ideas. So it is necessary to cooperate with classmates.

In short, these five days are very tired, but I have gained a lot, so I am also very happy.

Web design training summed up my experience. In the five days of training, my mood is like the weather changes in these five days, with sunny and cloudy, but also a little tears. But it didn't make me give up. I don't want to fall behind, and I don't want to hold everyone back. I told myself that it is my choice to do everything well. I was excited and happy at the moment when I failed again and again, tried again and again, and did well. I am not a genius, and some knowledge is not good. Looking up books, asking classmates, looking for codes and so on, time flies, some have learned, and some still can't.

Our group had differences from the beginning, and the theme of the website was inconsistent. It was not until the third day of doing the website that we reached an understanding and both sides took a step back. Fortunately, everyone made the same effect. In the next few days, everyone worked hard to make a web page. When encountering problems, discuss with each other and find ways to solve them. If you can't solve it, ask someone else.

Before planning the website structure, we searched a lot of website layout plans online, and negative words such as "no", "no" and "not in line with the theme" were repeatedly said and finally confirmed. We are tourists, divided into four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. In the process of making, we changed our original intention, not knowing whether it was good or bad, and decided to make the main webpage in aspects related to world tourism such as spring, summer and winter.

Choose materials and choose them one by one. The more you read, the harder it is to choose. Many of them are too far away from what you want, and it takes all your eyes to find them. The temper is coming again, just stick to it, work hard and find it.

Make a web page and revise it repeatedly. No, no, the colors don't match, the theme can't be highlighted, and the browsing structure doesn't match. Change it. Tired and annoyed, we should continue to do it. To make a website is to persist in doing it even if there are more mistakes, and be patient. As long as it is done well, it will be easy.

We often talk about the idea of teamwork, but when we act, some people still forget it, perhaps because of stubbornness or other reasons. In this case, someone should come forward to adjust and solve the contradiction as soon as possible, otherwise it will affect the overall work process and make the other party unhappy. The uncoordinated production of web pages affects the quality.

The purpose and requirement of this training is: as a group, cooperate to complete all the steps from determining the theme of the website, planning the structure of the website, selecting the material of the website and making the content of the website, so as to master the whole process of website construction. At the same time, we should cultivate the spirit of teamwork, improve the ability of analyzing and solving practical problems by comprehensively applying what we have learned, and realize the transformation from theoretical knowledge to operational skills.

After graduating from school, I stepped into society for the first time and began to face society and work. I am an introverted person, just entering the society. In the face of strangers, I am not good at words, and my appearance is not well packaged. I am not suitable for those sales and reception jobs, only technical jobs. I know this very well. At present, many graduates in China can't find jobs every year, and I am no exception. Therefore, this first internship will definitely not be easy to find. On the contrary, I am lucky. I got a job as a web designer. Now I will report my work as follows.

I. Introduction to the Works

The company I work for is engaged in website development. The company's technical team is more formal. Usually in groups of five to six people. The division of labor within the group is clear. Some people are responsible for contacting customers to take care of business, while others specialize in technology. Technically, it is divided into website foreground and background development. I mainly do backstage development at school. Of course, the front desk design work is also skilled, but not very proficient. Generally, our group undertakes the development of some small websites. This kind of website is not technically difficult and has a short working cycle, and a considerable part can be developed only through cms software. But when developing a personal website, you still need to do some hand-written code work.

Second, the development of technology.

As a newly graduated college student, the knowledge reserve is definitely insufficient. After all, some things taught by the school are definitely out of touch with the society, but fortunately, my leader doesn't ask much of me. He just asked me to adapt to the work and life of the company as soon as possible, master the relevant technology skillfully in a short time, and do my job well.

What is the most important thing for a student in college, and that is the ability to learn. You know, in this world, knowledge is developing and human beings are making progress with each passing day. Our knowledge reserve is always insufficient, but we must have the ability to learn, and we may not be able to master knowledge quickly. Only in this way can we take the initiative and reduce the embarrassment of the passive situation. Two weeks later, I successfully adapted to the pace of work and life in the company, and went to work at 9: 00 every morning and 17:30 in the evening. I use my spare time to study hard and study the skills I need in my work. In fact, I have been exposed to these things at school, but I am not proficient in them. I learned a lot at that time, and it is inevitable that there are primary and secondary points. I didn't know which one I should learn until I worked this time, but fortunately I have learned all of them, so I am not afraid of a good foundation here. For example, the company asked technicians to do flash. I used to play it often in the dormitory, but when I analyzed the employment situation, I found it useless to analyze it in the wrong direction, so I gave up. But fortunately, I still remember it, and I took a lot of notes from the beginning, so it is very important to take notes. I have studied javascript, xml, database and other things, but my practical ability is a little poor, but fortunately, the work I used in my study was not in vain. Through this actual combat environment and half a month's hard study, we can finally feel the progress of the work in the group and have been able to complete the tasks assigned by the leaders well.

Like my team, css+div typesetting is commonly used, php technology is used for development in the background, and linux+apache+mysql+php is used as the server platform. I'm glad that what I learned at school can be used. We used to use tables for typesetting. This method is simple, but somewhat outdated. Now most websites have begun to reorganize, so they all use css+div to typeset. I am learning and mastering it quite quickly at present. In the background development part, we use php to develop, and my job is to write some small modules by hand. Or write some special effects code in javascript.

Third, the workflow.

When grouping, I am responsible for the development of small modules in the background, such as message boards or forums, and the writing of some javascript codes. The job of the front desk is to do some typesetting work with Ding Shanshan in the group and use css+div technology. Writing code seems a bit boring, but it's really boring after a long time, but later I realized that only by doing my job well, improving my skills and making excellent things can I have a sense of value and keep my work fresh. So every day after work, I record my technical shortcomings every day and study hard when I get home. This is called: find out what I can't do, learn it, and you will become stronger.

Php is a popular website development technology at present. Because it is open source and free code, and because of its good cross-platform performance, I personally think php is very simple and suitable for beginners to learn and use, but some places need to study hard if they want to do well. At present, I am only responsible for low-tech and small-scale modules. However, I think it's good to start with something simple. But when I write code, I often make some small mistakes, which leads to frequent mistakes in the code page. I often can't find anything wrong, and I can't do it in a hurry. No matter what I do, the result is wrong. Later, I discovered that it was just a small mistake. You can't find it without looking carefully. Therefore, I understand that we must be cautious when doing development work, otherwise it will bring trouble to ourselves and others.

Fourth, the safety inspection

Safety inspection is a very important link, just like you build a house for others, and the house is built, but the doors and windows are not strong, so it will not be safe. The same is true of the production of page stations. In terms of security, there is a place that has a lot to do with developers. Because the technical level of developers determines the security of the website, some people's omissions in some links are likely to cause the website to be attacked by hackers in actual use, and if it causes economic losses, it will be irreparable.

Therefore, after each of us finishes our work, team leaders and other specialized technicians will test the security of the website, find out the existing loopholes, and then make modifications. Make its security reach the highest and most stable state.

During my internship in the company, I gained a lot in personal skills. Now I have been able to finish some difficult work by myself. Through excellent performance, I have become a full-time employee. I am very satisfied with my performance. The most important thing is that I won honor for the school. However, in terms of social skills, there are still some shortcomings in communication skills. I decided to strengthen my communication skills with others in my future work and study. Make yourself better and make more contributions to the country and society.
