Enterprise high temperature subsidy standard

The standard of high temperature allowance is: the employer arranges workers to work in the open air in high temperature weather from June to August every year, and pays the allowance according to the standard of not less than 60 yuan per person per month; If effective measures cannot be taken to reduce the indoor temperature in the workplace to below 33℃ (excluding 33℃), it will be distributed according to the standard of not less than 45 yuan per person per month.

According to state administration of work safety and other regulations, if the employer arranges workers to engage in outdoor outdoor operations in high temperature weather above 35℃ and cannot take effective measures to reduce the workplace temperature below 33℃, it shall pay high temperature allowance to the workers and include it in the total wages. Workers can enjoy the following kinds of labor subsidies:

1. If the employee is engaged in open-air operations and the employer cannot take effective measures to reduce the workplace temperature to below 33℃ (excluding 33℃) (hereinafter referred to as high-temperature operations), the employer shall pay the employee a monthly high-temperature allowance, and specify the specific items and amount in the salary list.

2. If the employer arranges the workers engaged in high-temperature operations to temporarily engage in non-high-temperature operations for no more than 4 working days in the current month, the employer shall pay the high-temperature allowance for the current month in full; If it is more than 5 working days, the employer may convert the high-temperature allowance according to the number of days that the laborer is engaged in high-temperature operations in the current month.

3. If the workers engaged in high-temperature operations can't go to work normally due to one of the following circumstances, the employer can convert the high-temperature allowance according to the number of days the workers actually go to work and engage in high-temperature operations in the current month.

According to Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Heatstroke Prevention and Cooling, workers engaged in high-temperature operations are entitled to post allowances according to law. If the employing unit arranges laborers to engage in outdoor open-air operations in high-temperature weather above 35℃ and cannot take effective measures to reduce the workplace temperature below 33℃, it shall pay high-temperature allowance to the laborers and include it in the total wages. The standard of high temperature allowance shall be formulated by the provincial administrative department of human resources and social security in conjunction with relevant departments, and adjusted in time according to the social and economic development.
