Professor Wen Zhiping, director of the Department of Atmospheric Science of Sun Yat-sen University and vice chairman of Guangdong Meteorological Society, pointed out in his special report Global Warming and Meteorological Disasters that the global average temperature increased significantly in the past 100 years, and China has experienced 19 warm winters in the past 50 years.
