Ningdong is known as the first town in Ningxia, formerly known as Ciyaobao Town, located in the east of lingwu city, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. National Highway 307, Yin Qing expressway, Cima Highway and Dagu Railway crisscross each other, becoming an important economic channel to connect Ningxia with the eastern region.
