Notice on the area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited

In order to strengthen the management of fireworks and firecrackers in our city, ensure public safety and citizens' personal and property safety, and reduce environmental pollution, according to the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers and the Regulations on the Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Yantai City, we hereby notify you of the designated fireworks and firecrackers prohibited areas in our city as follows:

First, in the administrative area of this Municipality, the following areas are prohibited from setting off fireworks:

The area within the urban area "west of Donghuan West Road, east of Nanyang Hedong Road, north of Nanyang Hebei Street and Wenquan East Street, south of beiyuan road".

Two, the forbidden area, prohibit the sale, storage and discharge of fireworks.

Three, the area outside the no-discharge area is the general management area.

In the general management area, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following areas or places:

(a) cultural relics protection units, party and government organs, medical institutions, civil affairs service institutions, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools;

(2) Elevated roads, overpasses, overpasses, tunnels, underground pipelines, manholes and construction sites;

(3) Corridors, stairs, roofs, balconies and windows of civil buildings;

(4) Stations, docks, hotels, hotels, shopping malls, bazaars, public cultural facilities and places for religious activities;

(five) power transmission and transformation, gas, fuel and other energy facilities in the safety protection zone;

(6) Large warehouses and parking lots;

(seven) scenic spots, woodland and green space;

(eight) other areas or places as prescribed by laws and regulations.

Four, during the period of heavy pollution, fireworks are prohibited within the administrative area of this Municipality.

Five, "Yantai fireworks management regulations" shall comply with other provisions.

This notice shall come into force on March 1 day, 2022.
