All primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the whole district:

According to the spirit of the Notice of Changde COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Command on Orderly Restoring Production and Life Order in Districts, it was reported to the District Prevention and Control Command for approval. After research, it was decided that all primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the whole district would resume offline teaching in an orderly manner from Wednesday, November 3th. In order to prevent the epidemic from rebounding, effectively protect the health of teachers, students and staff as well as the safety and stability of the school, and ensure the normal education and teaching order of the school, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Resume offline teaching in an orderly and hierarchical manner. The seventh, eighth and ninth grades of rural junior high schools (including Guanxi Town Middle School) fully resumed offline teaching on November 3 (in case of extreme weather, it will be notified separately). Teachers and students of all primary and secondary schools, Shuangqiaoping Town, Shigongqiao Town, primary and secondary schools under the jurisdiction of Dalong Station and all rural primary schools in the main city of Jiangnan will not return to school for the time being, and the time for resuming offline teaching will be notified separately according to the epidemic prevention and control situation in the whole region. Schools in rural control areas continue to carry out online teaching, while schools in urban areas carry out online teaching according to actual conditions.
