Why is it foggy at night?

The temperature is low at night, and some water vapor in the air becomes tiny water particles suspended in the air near the ground during the day. Because there are a lot of dust particles floating in this air layer, tiny water particles are attached to the dust particles as solidification centers. When the weight of this small water drop does not fall due to the gravity of the earth, it floats in the air and becomes fog.
