Where is the most famous white tea produced?

At present, the producing areas of white tea in China are mainly concentrated in Fuding, Zhenghe, Songxi and Jianyang in Fujian.

There are many white tea families, and new tea lovers may be confused. Simply put, the origin of white tea is divided into: Fuding white tea, Zhenghe white tea and Yunnan white tea. When the weather is good, white tea can be made. Therefore, Fuding's white tea is mainly sun-dried, which makes the tea more sunbathing and more sunlike.

Zheng He's traditional craft is indoor withering, which is simply dry in the shade. Zhenghe area as a whole is higher than Fuding, and the temperature difference between day and night is large. In addition, Zheng He's local characteristic buildings are board houses and covered bridges, and the withering of white tea is carried out in these well-ventilated board houses and covered bridges. Dry in the shade first, wither indoors and then dry in the sun, which can not only speed up the water flow, but also enhance the aroma of tea through sunlight and temperature.
