Admission Guidelines for Registration Time for Freshmen of Huainan Normal University in 2018

1. Registration Time and Place

(1) Registration Time: September 2017 7th to 8th (Saturday and Sunday)

(2) Registration location

(3) Travel Reference

1. From 8:00-18:00 on September 7-8, the school will be at the high-speed rail Huainan East Station, Huainan Railway Station (24 hours) and Reception points for new students are set up at Huainan long-distance bus stations.

2. Self-registration:

Bus: Take bus No. 3 from Huainan Long-distance Bus Station (Guoqing Road) → Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (East Campus) → Normal University Station (Quanshan Campus).

Train: After getting off at Huainan Railway Station, you can take a taxi directly to the East Campus of Huainan Normal University, the fare is 5 yuan; to the Quanshan Campus of Huainan Normal University, the fare is within 12 yuan. Get off at Bengbu Railway Station and transfer to Bengbu-Huainan Passenger Bus to Huainan Long-distance Bus Station.

High-speed rail: Take the G1 bus at Huainan East Station to Guoqing Road → transfer to buses 3 and 121 to the two campuses; you can also take the G2 bus to Quanshan Campus in Quanshan Campus → transfer to buses 3 and 121 Take the bus or take a taxi to the Quanshan Campus of Huainan Normal University, the fare is 5 yuan.

3. Notes

(1) Freshmen should present our school's "Admission Notice", their ID card, and Come to school on time for examination. If you are unable to report on time for some reason, you should apply for leave in advance to your department, and the leave period should not exceed two weeks. Those who fail to register without requesting leave or after requesting leave will be disqualified from admission.

(2) File transfer. The student status files of Anhui candidates must be handed over to the registration middle school or registration point with their admission notice and personal ID card. (3) Transfer of party and group relations. When party and league members register, party members must bring a letter of introduction to the organization, and league members must bring their league membership card. Party and League member materials are requested to be mailed by local organizations to your department by registered mail or sealed and brought with you.

(4) Physical examination for freshmen. Within three months after admission, new students will undergo a physical examination and reexamination in accordance with national admissions regulations. Only after they pass the reexamination can they be registered and obtain student status. Those who fail the physical examination or suffer from certain diseases will have their admission qualifications revoked or their admission qualifications will be retained for one year.

(5) Household relocation

1. Household relocation is based on the principle of voluntary relocation (Huainan City household registration will not be moved).
