The mayor's hotline mainly accepts:

6. Provide comprehensive information inquiry services such as transportation, weather forecast, legal consultation, tourism and catering, life service, ticket inquiry and charitable donation.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Administrative Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China.
Supervision should rely on the masses. The supervisory organ shall establish a reporting system, and citizens, legal persons or other organizations shall have the right to complain or report to the supervisory organ about acts of any state administrative organ, its civil servants and other personnel appointed by the state administrative organ that violate administrative discipline. The supervisory organ shall accept the report and investigate and handle it according to law; If the real name is reported, the result shall be replied.
The supervisory organ shall keep confidential the matters reported, the acceptance of the report and the information related to the informant, and protect the lawful rights and interests of the informant. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council. Article 7
The State Council supervisory organs are in charge of national supervision.
The supervisory organs of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the supervisory work within their respective administrative areas, and are responsible for and report their work to the people's governments at the same level and the supervisory organs at the next higher level, with the supervisory business mainly being the supervisory organs at the next higher level. Article 15
The State Council supervisory organs shall supervise the following organs and personnel:

(2) Other personnel appointed by various departments in the State Council and the State Council;
(3) People's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and their leading personnel.
