What about the wind direction?
There are two kinds of Asian summer monsoon, which affect the southwest monsoon in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Southwest China, and the southeast monsoon along the Pacific coast south of 55 degrees north latitude in East Asia and Russia. The dominant wind direction of southwest monsoon is southwest wind, and the dominant wind direction of southeast monsoon is southeast wind.
Question 2: What do you think of the wind direction? Line B is the direction, the number of lines is the level, and a line has two levels.
Question 3: How to distinguish the upwind direction from the downwind direction? First of all, don't confuse the concepts of upwind direction and downwind direction with wind direction. Wind direction refers to the direction in which the wind blows, such as northeast wind, indicating the direction of oncoming wind.
The place where the wind blows first is in the upwind direction, and the place where it blows later is in the downwind direction. It can also be said that the wind blows against the wind, and the wind blows from the headwind to the downwind.
Generally speaking, residential areas are located in the upwind direction of the prevailing wind direction, and industrial areas are located in the downwind direction of the prevailing wind direction, so as to ensure that the exhaust gas from industrial areas will not blow against the wind to residential areas. Buildings are determined according to the main local wind direction. For example, northwest winds prevail in winter and southeast winds prevail in summer in the eastern coastal areas of China. Pollution industries are generally located in the suburbs perpendicular to the prevailing wind direction, not in the upwind direction. Upwind and downwind are relative concepts. For example, when the wind blows from point A to point B, A is against the wind and B is downwind; When the wind blows from point B to point C, B is the upper hand and C is the lower hand.
Question 4: What do you think of the constellation and direction of the wind? Level: 1-2: 1 vertical bar 1 horizontal bar 3-4: 1 vertical bar 2 horizontal bar 5-6: 1 vertical bar 3 horizontal bar 7-8: 1 vertical bar. For example, (1) indicates the southwest wind with 7-8 grades, and the wind blows from southwest to northeast. (2) It means that the northeast wind with grade 7-8 is blowing, and the wind blows from northeast to southwest.
Question 5: How to distinguish between headwinds and downwinds? The source wind direction is against the wind, and the direction to go is downwind. For example, there are two things, A and B, which are linearly distributed on the ground. The wind first passes through A and then reaches B, so A is in the upwind direction and B is in the downwind direction.
Question 6: How to distinguish the wind direction 1 from the north wind (the wind blows from the north, and the opposite direction of the north is the south, so the north wind blows south);
2. East wind (the wind blowing from the east, the opposite direction of the east is the west, so the east wind blows the west)
The above and so on, as long as you look at the direction against the arrow, what kind of wind corresponds.
Question 7: How to look at the wind direction arrows in the weather forecast? Look with your eyes!
Question 8: What do you think of the wind direction in China weather forecast? The one you are talking about is called a wind flag, which consists of a wind pole and a wind feather. The wind pole is a vertical line in F, and the end of this vertical line indicates the direction of the wind.
As shown in the figure
The wind vector consists of a wind pole and a wind plume. Wind direction pole refers to the direction of the wind, 8 directions of public media and 16 directions of meteorological observation records (see the right figure). The plume of strong wind is represented by 3 or 4 short strokes and triangles, perpendicular to the right side of the wind pole end (northern hemisphere). In the weather forecast, the wind direction is indicated by eight directions. The short straight line and small triangle above represent the wind speed and are perpendicular to the left side of the wind pole. Relatively long short straight lines are long strokes, and each long stroke represents the wind of 4m/s, which is the secondary wind in our forecast. The short stroke is about half of the long stroke, representing the wind of 2m/s, that is, the first-class wind. Each pennant represents a wind of 20 meters per second, which is equivalent to 8-9.
Question 9: How to judge the wind direction and north wind of 1 (the wind blows from the north, and the opposite direction of the north is the south, so the north wind blows south);
2. East wind (the wind from the east, the opposite direction of the east is the west, so the east wind blows the west)
The above and so on, as long as you look at the direction against the arrow, what kind of wind corresponds.
