Keywords: computer teaching? Creativity? Creative thinking
Based on the author's practice and exploration, this paper discusses how to implement innovative education in computer teaching and cultivate students' innovative ability.
With the goal of improving the quality of the whole nation, it is the historical mission entrusted to education by the times to actively explore a new model of basic education facing the 2 1 century. As a basic project to improve the quality of the people, innovative education is the best choice to realize the transformation from exam-oriented education to quality education and the main way to cultivate innovative talents. Computer is the product of modern science and technology and the core of information technology. With the development of information technology, middle school computer course has become an independent basic course integrating knowledge and skills. The characteristics of computer itself determine that computer teaching has unique advantages in carrying out innovative education. Then, how to implement creative education in computer teaching practice and develop students' creativity?
First, arouse creative consciousness and stimulate creative passion.
Creativity includes creative intention, creative thinking quality and creative skills. Creative thinking quality is the center of gravity. The process of creative thinking can be roughly divided into four stages: preparation stage, brewing stage, epiphany stage and inspection stage. The key is the epiphany stage. You need a psychological environment to have an epiphany. Such as the pursuit of actively acquiring computer knowledge, strong interest in computer science, and persistence in studying computer problems.
Educational theory holds that "the art of teaching lies not only in imparting skills, but also in inspiring, awakening and inspiring students." Cultivating students' creativity in computer teaching also needs to "inspire, awaken and inspire students".
1.
When students are interested in the characteristics and contents of computers, their creative consciousness will be triggered. Therefore, when preparing lessons, we should try our best to tap the creative thinking factors of the subject and stimulate students' creative consciousness. For example, in the first class, we first asked such a question: "What role does the computer play in our study and life?" Students answer according to their own experience: computers can type; Can play games; It can be seen that DVDs can assist learning ... We then asked: "Computers have so many uses around us, so what are their applications in society?" Because students have limited social experience, they find this problem a bit difficult. At this time, we will combine the characteristics of computers to explain the application of computers in the information society. When students learn that the weather forecast they watch every day is calculated by computer, and the automatic washing machine, microwave oven and electronic watch on their wrists are controlled by computer programs, they feel very magical, thus generating a strong thirst for knowledge and active interest in exploration.
2. Use students' curiosity and competitiveness to stimulate their creative passion.
Curiosity is a psychological tendency to explore new, special and strange things. Students will ask all kinds of questions about the new information they perceive, and then they will have the desire to analyze and think deeply. Teachers should use this psychology to stimulate students' creative passion. For example, once, in the class of "Computer and Information Society", I asked the students, "Recently, a great event happened in China's information industry. Do you know what it is? " Students shook their heads, eager to know the answer. I told them that this activity is a joint cooperation between Lenovo, the largest computer industry group in China, and Jinshan, a software giant in China. As we all know, Lenovo Group is the darling of China's information industry hardware field, while Jinshan Company stands out in China's software industry. This combination of "hard" and "soft" will certainly promote the development of China's information industry. Through this incident, I introduced the gap between China's information industry and some developed countries, especially emphasized the attempt of Microsoft Company in the United States to monopolize China's software industry, and the difficulties experienced by WPS of Jinshan Company in the development process as the only Chinese character processing software competing with Microsoft's WORD, which made students realize that China's information industry needs all China people, including them, to catch up with the world. Therefore, students are more eager to learn information technology represented by computer technology, and use computer technology to study, which stimulates a strong creative passion.
Second, pay attention to personality development and cultivate creative will.
1. Respect personality development and establish a new teacher-student relationship.
Respecting students' personality plays an important role in cultivating their creativity. In teaching, I attach great importance to students' personality development, which runs through the whole teaching activity and establishes a new relationship between teachers and students. As American educator Robert makin said, "when teachers fully understand students, realize the genius of each student, and inspire and guide students not only to successfully achieve excellent results beyond their past level, but also to achieve the expected goals they think they should achieve, the requirements in the mission will become more practical." Personalized education has become a tool to encourage students' self-confidence, but more importantly, it creates a different responsibility system between teachers and students, that is, a spirit of joint responsibility, to ensure the quality of learning and the substantial improvement of learning effect. "
I pay attention to the application of educational technology theory in practice and form a new way of thinking, that is, I believe that all students have learning ability and are willing to learn well. At the beginning of the first class of each freshman, I asked the students to answer a questionnaire to find out their mastery of computers and their attitude towards computer science. Almost all the students expressed their willingness to study hard and hope to get help from their teachers. I am moved by the children's thirst for knowledge, and I firmly believe that as long as they are treated fairly, each of them can make progress and create something. At the same time, I am also convinced that a caring and personalized classroom is centered on promoting the most fundamental teaching objectives; In such a class, all students are welcome, regardless of their studies. In the computer practice class, I divide the students into groups. The students discuss problems with each other, learn to think and concentrate on their studies, boldly show their intelligence and express their opinions, and achieve the goal of mutual promotion. In the group, students gradually realize that learning needs unity and cooperation, not just competition, and then feel that the whole class, school and even the country are closely related to their own interests, and they must not only consider personal progress and success. At ordinary times, I try to understand students and let them express their opinions fully. In this environment where students can feel respect, trust and encouragement, they can study energetically and concentrate on acquiring knowledge and ability.
In the teaching process, some students show no interest in DOS learning, thinking that this part of the content is "not as fun as games". I gave them a sentence: "There are not only sugar and honey in life, but also tea and coffee." If you eat too much sugar and honey, you may not feel sweet or even bitter, while tea and coffee may feel bitter for the first time, but you will feel sweet and fragrant after careful tasting. The same is true of learning. Longing for comfort, it is difficult to learn real skills. In this regard, I ask students to "challenge the concept of pursuing comfort and enhance their learning ability." At the same time, I also remind myself that it is my unshirkable responsibility to improve students' learning ability.
In the classroom, the good relationship between me and my students also cultivates an atmosphere in which students are really eager to learn. I call on students to become "explorers" and ask them to show their talents in the face of equal teacher-student relationship. Students can feel relaxed and show their knowledge and skills in the usual way. The new standard of students' academic performance depends on the new standard of teachers' respect and trust for them. The exertion of students' creativity depends on teachers' respect and trust for them.
2. Respect students' subjective spirit and cultivate initiative.
Without initiative, you can't fully tap the potential creativity. In the teaching process, I not only pay attention to the leading role of teachers, but also pay attention to mobilizing students' initiative and enthusiasm. I often think: how can we maximize the potential of students? Have they learned to study? As a course combining knowledge and skills, computer course pays special attention to students' practice. During my computer internship, I always ask questions for students to solve. At first, some students were afraid of difficulties and highly dependent. I hope the teacher can give a solution to the problem. I deliberately ignored them and didn't allow my neighbor's classmates to help me. These students who want to be lazy have to explore for themselves. When they finally solve the problem by themselves, they are particularly excited and have a sense of accomplishment, and they are willing to take the initiative to explore ways to solve the problem in the future. This not only stimulates students' enthusiasm for active learning, but also inspires students' creative thinking; It not only improves students' ability to handle problems independently, but also cultivates students' creative will. Some students said in the summary of the computer learning stage: "The biggest gain is that you can explore other knowledge and skills by yourself through basic knowledge." I think this kind of harvest of students is the greatest harvest of teachers!
Third, pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and cultivate creative talents.
In order to develop the personality and creativity of all students as much as possible, it is necessary to "teach students in accordance with their aptitude". Confucius, a famous educator in ancient China, put forward the teaching principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. However, due to various factors, it is still difficult to teach students in accordance with their aptitude in our basic education. The characteristics of computers determine that "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" can be well implemented in computer teaching. Our students come from different families and graduated from different primary schools. Some students have studied computer courses in primary school, and some have computers at home. Some students have won the first prize in municipal competitions many times, and some students have never been exposed to computers. In view of this situation, I first suggested to the students during the lecture: students who have studied this part can skip the lecture, but they should learn to teach themselves and make good use of their time. They should further study on the basis of their original computer skills and walk in front of other students and even teachers; Students who haven't touched the computer don't have to be impatient, and learn from scratch in a down-to-earth manner. During my computer internship, I arranged different levels and types of exercises according to students' different levels and specialties. For example, students with a good foundation learned the basic language, and students who had never been exposed to computers practiced fingering and Chinese character input. , and give corresponding improvement guidance respectively.
How to make students meet the challenges in learning? How to train them to face and be familiar with a complex, puzzling and ever-changing world bravely? While thinking about these problems, I firmly believe that it is more important to respect students' personality development, improve their comprehensive quality and cultivate their healthy growth than to teach them knowledge itself. When students' personality is developed, their comprehensive quality is improved and they grow up healthily, their creativity will undoubtedly be fully developed.
