Samsung mobile phone desktop weather is currently out of service.

The following operation methods are recommended:

1. Try to update the weather after the mobile phone is connected to the Internet.

2. Try to log in at another time.

3. Enter Settings-Application Manager-Download/All-weather Application-Clear Data/Clear Default Settings.

4. Update the next system version

5. Try to restore the factory settings after backing up the important data of the mobile phone (eliminate software problems)

If the problem still exists after the above operation, it may be a system or hardware problem. Please contact Samsung Service Center for inspection by an engineer.
