Introduction to the Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge?
The Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge is located in Quanzhou City, the cultural capital of East Asia and the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road. The Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge is a cross-sea bridge that starts and ends in Jinjiang and Hui'an. The bridge has a total length of 26.699 kilometers and is currently the longest bridge in Fujian Province. The Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge is an important part of the Quanzhou Ring Expressway. After the completion of the cross-sea bridge, it will be more convenient to travel from Jinjiang and Shishi to Hui'an and Quangang. It can save time and contribute to improving the Haixi Expressway network and strengthening Quanzhou City. It is of great strategic significance to establish transportation links between areas, accelerate coordinated regional economic and social development, and promote the formation of Quanzhou as a bay city.
On July 9, 2014, the Fujian Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge was completely closed. In mid-May 2015, according to the Quanzhou Municipal Transportation Commission, the Quanzhou Bay Bridge was scheduled to be officially opened to traffic at 12 noon on May 12. The bridge shortens the distance from the south to the north of the bridge from 27 kilometers to 7 kilometers, and it only takes 8 minutes to drive across Quanzhou Bay.
Building structure
The Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, also known as Quanzhou Ring Expressway Phase 3, starts from Nantang Village, Jinjiang City, and connects Quanzhou City Ring Expressway Phase 2 from Jinjiang to The Shishi section crosses Quanzhou Bay from the Shishi River, passes through Hui'an Xiutu, ends at Hui'an Tapu, and connects to the Nan'an to Hui'an section of Quanzhou City Ring Expressway Phase I. The entire route is about 26.699 kilometers, and the cross-sea bridge is about 12.451 kilometers long. The cross-strait connection is about 14.70 kilometers long, and there are two separate interchanges along the entire line. There are 8 passages and 1 overpass.
The Quanzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge starts from Nantang of Jinjiang River and connects with the Jinjiang-Shishi section of the Quanzhou City Ring Expressway. It crosses Quanzhou Bay at the Shishi River and passes through Xiutu Village and Zhangban in Dongyuan Town. The town ends at Tapu, Luoyang Town, and is connected to the Nanhui Expressway in the first phase of the Ring Expressway. After completion, it will only take 8 minutes to fly across Quanzhou Bay. The design speed is 100 kilometers per hour. The section from Kaijiang Interchange to Xiutu Interchange adopts the eight-lane expressway standard with a roadbed width of 41 meters; the remaining sections adopt the six-lane expressway standard with a roadbed width of 33.5 meters. Four interchanges will be installed on the entire line including Kaijiang, Xiutu, Zhangban and Tapu. The planned construction period is 4 years.
After the completion of the Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, the Quanzhou City Bay Cross-sea Bridge, Jinjiang Bridge and Houzhu Bridge will connect Quanzhou Bay into a complete "ring", and the Ring Expressway will be fully connected. From the Citong Dagang in the Song and Yuan Dynasties to the future new city around Quanzhou Bay, Quanzhou has grown and developed step by step. We use the "city circle" in four periods as a context to sort out its development process and describe the earth-shaking changes in people's lives.
Bridge Construction
On the morning of December 31, 2009, the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held a grand foundation laying ceremony for the Quanzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge in Xiutu Village, Dongyuan Town, Hui'an County.
On January 10, 2012, the construction of the Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge officially started. On November 30, 2013, the main tower of the Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge was capped.
On July 9, 2014, the Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge was officially closed. After the bridge is completed, it will connect the Quanzhou Bay City Group across the sea into one, and Quanzhou City will be transformed from an "estuary type" As a "bay-encircled" city, it only takes 8 minutes to cross Quanzhou Bay, promoting the economic development of "Greater Quanzhou" and even the entire Haixi region.
On September 25, 2014, with the hoisting of the last piece of the approach bridge on the south shore of the Quanzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge (i.e. Shishi section), the 12.45-kilometer superstructure of the main bridge and approach bridge of the Quanzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge was completed. Upon completion, the bridge will connect all land and water areas.
Characteristics of the bridge
Windproof
Quanzhou is windy. The bridge is located in the high wind speed zone along my country's coast. Tropical cyclones are the main disastrous weather that affects the bridge. Wind speeds are high. , wind conditions are complicated. The main bridge of the Quanzhou Bay Bridge is designed with a wind barrier of about 4.2 kilometers to reduce the impact of cross winds on traffic. According to the national bridge specification, the driving wind speed is 25m/s (equivalent to level 10 wind). If it is greater than 25m/s, the bridge and road will be closed to traffic. The higher the height, the greater the wind speed. The height of the main bridge is the highest. , the wind speed is the highest. If the wind speed on land reaches 25m/s, the wind speed of the main bridge will definitely be greater than 25m/s. The wind barrier is designed to reduce the wind speed and ensure that the main bridge can pass.
Seismic Resistance
The Quanzhou Bay Bridge is located on the edge of the Taiwan Strait and the plate seismic zone. Wind and earthquake resistance are very important for the bridge. Relevant departments entrusted Tongji University and other units to conduct research on earthquake resistance during the preliminary design and construction drawing design stages. The report shows that the bridge area is suitable for building a bridge. During the design of the bridge, some of the supports between the piers and beams used hyperboloid anti-seismic isolation supports. This surface is like a spherical surface. If there is an earthquake, the beams will be raised and the kinetic energy will be converted into potential energy to achieve a shock-absorbing effect.
Anti-collision
In order to meet the navigation requirements of 10,000-ton cargo ships, the clear navigation height of the bridge should be no less than 44.6 meters at the designed maximum navigation water level. The clear navigation width of the bridge is in accordance with the requirements for two-way navigation of 5,000-ton general cargo ships and one-way navigation of 10,000-ton general cargo ships, and taking into account the angle widening value, the main bridge span is designed to be 400 meters to meet the clear navigation width requirements.
In addition to the long main span, the bridge also contains hidden anti-collision weapons. It refers to the construction cap of the main tower (about the size of 4.3 basketball courts). It is not only the construction cradle of the cable tower, but also the anti-collision steel box of the bridge to prevent damage caused by collisions of ships with the main pier.
As an important part of the bridge's main pier foundation, the anti-collision steel casing box is sunk into the sea along with the main structure.
Construction unit
Nine bid sections, including A1-A6 bids for Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge construction, J1 and J2 bids for construction supervision, and JC bids for test and inspection services, have been determined respectively. The winning bidder.
