Note: When launching a geosynchronous orbit satellite, the rocket is only responsible for sending the satellite into the synchronous transfer orbit, so if there is an accident afterwards, it will still be counted as partial success.
Before 1995, when Chang-2 launched a foreign synchronous satellite in a bundled way, the rocket was generally only responsible for sending it to near-earth parking orbit, and the follow-up work was completed by satellite engines or imported three stages.
