First, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers within the outer ring road of this area.

Two, it is forbidden to set off fireworks in the following places outside the outer ring road in this area:

(a) the location of the state organ;

(2) cultural relics protection units;

(3) Transportation hubs such as stations, docks and airports, rail transit facilities and railway line safety protection zones;

(four) the production, operation and storage units of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods;

(five) power transmission and transformation, gas, fuel and other energy facilities in the safety protection zone;

(6) Medical institutions, kindergartens, schools and institutions for the aged;

(seven) shopping malls, bazaars, public cultural facilities, places for religious activities and other crowded places;

(8) High-rise buildings and buildings with low fire resistance using flammable and combustible external thermal insulation materials;

(9) According to the relevant provisions of Article 49 of the Regulations on the Administration of Civil Airports in the State Council, in order to ensure flight safety, three clearance protection areas in this area are designated as no-burn and no-fly zones, as follows:

1, Ma Lu Town: the area east of Liu Cheng Middle Road, south of Mao Feng Road, west of S7 Huchong Expressway and north of S6 Huxiang Expressway;

2. nanxiang town: the closed area corresponding to the clearance protection area, east of the junction of Baoshan District and Putuo District, south of S6 Huxiang Expressway, west of Hu Yi Highway and north of Shanghai-Nanjing Railway;

3. Jiangqiao Town: east of Wuyang East Road and Xiangjiang Highway, south of Shanghai-Nanjing Railway and Longnan Road, west of S20 Outer Ring Road, and north of Wusong River and Suzhou River corresponding to the clearance protection area.

Three, during the heavily polluted weather, it is forbidden to set off fireworks in this area.

Four, in the area where fireworks are prohibited, no unit or individual may operate, store or transport fireworks.

Five, without permission, no unit or individual may operate or transport fireworks and firecrackers, and may not hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities.

Six, the illegal production, management, storage, transportation and fireworks units and individuals, the public security organs will be punished in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
